I resisted buying one of these for a long time, thinking it was just another kitchen gadget. Oh, this one is worthwhile. Holds the bowl absolutely still for using a hand mixer, or a spoon. I haven't tried using it as a steamer or double boiler gadget yet, but I think it would work well for that also.

I love this little kitchen item. It works great on all sizes of bowls. You can have your hand mixer on extra high speed and the bowl will not move. This is a must have for any kitchen. It is one of those items that you say, wow that is so simple why didn't someone think of that sooner...lol

a work horse in the kitchen. love the flexiblty of a double boiler , stabilizing a mixing bowl , tilted to the side to dip chocolates . i wish i had had this years ago.

I have a border collie who had a problem with dribbling water across the floor. This bowl works great. There are hardly any more drops on the floor. I've actually bought two of them now.

This is quite a handy gadget. Small bowls, larger ones and then use it as a double boiler! Nice contraption.

This was a gift to my daughter-in-law. She loves it and only has trouble getting to use it because her husband thinks it really neat!

Das ist wirklich ein nützliches Küchentool! Jede(r), der viel in der Küche macht, wird unmittelbar verstehen, warum es sinnvoll ist, wenn "jemand" (und sei es ein Silikon-Objekt) die Rührschüsseln festhält. (Mit rechts rühren, mit links was in die Schüssel gießen... und die dritte Hand, nämlich die aus Silikon, hält die Schüssel.)Je nachdem, wie rum man den Ring dreht, passen Schüsseln von verschiedenen Durchmessern drauf bzw. rein.Das einzige, was ich schade finde: Für ganz kleine Schüsseln ist der Ring nicht eng genug. Wenn man also in z.B. einem Müsli-Schüsselchen nur eben ein bisschen Salatsauce anrühren will, hat man immer noch das Problem mit dem Rutschen. Man könnte die Schüssel zwar mitten in den Ring stellen, aber dann würde die Schüssel dort kleine Kreise drehen. (Dann stelle ich sie lieber, wie bisher, auf einen feuchten Küchenlappen. Damit geht's ja auch.)Fazit: Ich würde das Teil bestimmt öfter benutzen, wenn auch die kleinen Schüsseln drauf passen würden. Aber auch so ist es eine gute Hilfe.Ich hoffe, ich konnte meinerseits helfen.

I love, love, love this Bowl Stabilizer. I'm an avid baker and it works fabulously with my baking bowls. Whenever I'm whisking, stirring or folding the bowl stays put and doesn't move an inch. One side up for bigger bowls, turn upside down for smaller bowls - ingenious!! This would make a fabulous Christmas or any kind of gift for any baker or cook in your life. So great, I'm giving one to each of my sisters. Well worth it.

Alors, j'aimerais le détester car c'est cher pour ce que c'est. Mais c'est tellement PRATIQUE, fini le bol qui fait sa vie sur le plan de travail pendant que vous montez la mayonnaise à une main l'huile dans l'autre ou que vous galérez avec une pâte à choux, une chantilly, des blancs en neige.En support bain marie il est top également, vous ne vous brûlez pas et le cul de poule ne touche pas l'eau.
