The thing actually works
When it first arrived I had doubts about it, but I was amazed how good it was, it was everything my wife needed for her sciatica the effect was immediate. My son had suffered from back pain for years due to working in the building trade for years when he tried it he borrowed it and couldn't believe it himself,at last it is something that does what it says it will do. So it's a ten from me.

A great little product!
Great little device; easy to use, although trying to stick the pads on your own back can be a bit of a faff. Easy to program with a good range of options and definitely eases the pain. Took it on holiday with me and would not have survived the week without it.

Great.
I have torn my Supraspinatus tendon in my shoulder and despite medication; pain relief, anti inflammatory meds, I'm still struggling.I spoke to my physio to check the correct positioning and this is really good. (You can find this info online)I've played around with the settings, and it's really helpful. The pads are a bit sticky and need careful handling but they are quite simple.I like the fact there are different sized pads.I use this a few times a day, and the evenings helps with the pain before bed time.Recommend.

Healing the autonomic nervous system
This is such a handy pocket size compared to my last battery operated one. It has two outputs A and B. I've bought and connected the earclips to channel A and used the connection B to use what came with the tens machine. I clipped on two adhesive pads and tried using them on pain points. I have chronic pain and central sensitisation. The ear clips lightly stimulating the vagus nerve is supposed to reverse it's dysregulation. But I cannot use them at the same time as the muscle pads in channel B. Even though they're are separate controls for the levels of stimulation of channel A and B putting one up higher also effects the other channel. But it's fine if I use them separately. Also note the battery doesn't die when a session is over as I thought. You have to slide it off and on again to go again or move onto another area. Up to 10 hours usage worth the money.

Easy to use
I have a trapped nerve in my shoulder, I bave to use quite a large dose of analgesic meds to combat the pain. I have only used the tens machine a few times , so am waiting to see if it helps my pain 😠..... yes it has helped !!
