I have been using the heel cups for a couple of day and they are comfortable. They stay in place in my shoes and offer comfort for my plantar fasciitis. So far so good!

I’m on my feet constantly for about 12 hrs 3 days weekly and with a Achilles heel tendonitis I have haven’t had the opportunity to Tahoe 5 weeks off for this injury to heel properly. I wear my Achilles brace and theses insoles to work and they fit and feel perfectly. They reduce the stress on my Achilles, so much that I can actually feel the difference. The pain has reduced over 85 percent , and when I get home and rest I can Definitely feel the difference in being actually able to walk without pain , or put my ankle brace on . I would definitely recommend these to any struggling with Achilles tendinitis

These worked okay for me. They don't last as long as some I have used and the slide forward in my shoes when I walk.

Very soft. I only needed a cushion for one of my heels and after putting this in my sneaker my pain was gone immediately. I bought another set so I could put them in all my shoes, sneakers and slippers. Much more squishy than name brand heel cups I tried.

I got these a few days ago. They have a strong, bad odor like chemical/plastic and are very sticky (top and bottom). I have no idea why they would need to be sticky. Another pair from another seller didn't have either issue; they stayed in place in my shoe just fine. I've tried washing with soap and water and airing them out in my garage, since they were smelling up my laundry room. Otherwise, they are just like a pair I'd bought while on a vacation overseas except they are shorter/less cushion. I thought I could graduate down to less cushioning since my plantar fasciitis is almost gone, but I can't use these. If anyone had this problem and figured out how to remove the smell and stickiness, please let me know!

Adhesive on the bottom; I didn’t see it mentioned on product page, but was hoping for it. Peel off the plastic and it sticks right in. Very comfy. Still works after 3 days, so not just trash like so many others.

These heal ups caused me more pain, going to the dr to see if I was misdiagnosed.

Very bad quality and hard, doesn’t solve the purpose

This product really helps with the pain in my heel and I wear this at home and outside, it makes a huge difference. Only problem is it picks up socks lints or other dirts so fast that you should wash it regularly.

After trying them out I bought a second pack. I'm not sure how durable they are because I've only had them for a couple of weeks. They are affordable enough that I might buy more so I have a set for every pair of shoes and boots I own. I would say they eased my heel pain by about 80%. So far they have stayed in place in my shoes. FYI: they are slightly sticky all over so they would stick to bare feet which might be helpful if you wanted to wear them with flip-flops. A quick wash in the sink with soap and water takes off any lint etc stuck to them and restores their stickiness.

Product is not at all good, suppose to stick where placed in shoe not at all sometimes down at the toe sometimes when you pick up your shoe they fall out not at all a good product
