Set of 6 pcs White Window Sash Vent Stops 1712WHITE

I had one of these break on my Window World double hung windows in the living room when I went to open the window. We are trying to sell the house and want all the minor details taken care of so replacing this stopper was on the to-do list. I was surprised to find these available at such a great price and hoped I measured the original one correctly when attempting to find replacements. These arrived quickly and I instantly knew they would work perfectly. I ripped the package open and popped this bad boy in place - voila! it fit and works great! My recommendation is to pop the old one out, measure carefully, and order the correct size replacement. These are great quality and if you measure correctly, they match the originals to a T.

I never review anything on Amazon...but, these were perfect. My windows are from Home Depot and are about 10 years old. The vent stops broke and these fit perfectly!!! Great replacement!! A bit tough to get the old ones out (pry it out from the bottom and push up). Snaps right in. Great buy!!!

I bought these to install in some new windows I had installed in my sunroom, very easy to install, just take one and hold it about 3/4 of a inch from outside edge of upper sash, does not matter which side if you are only installing one per window. Take a lead pencil and trace around latch, make sure it is tight against the latch. Take a drill bit the size of the curved end of the trace you made, drill slowly through the window on the inside of the trace, then take a dremmel tool with a small cut off bit and cut out the rest of it on the line, be careful when selling not to go to fast or hard and go through other side of window, took me a hour to install 16, take your time, very good product.

I bought these after reading a review from another Window World customer - these fit my WW windows perfectly and probably saved me a lot of money. The only hard part about installation was prying a couple of the smashed old ones out, but putting these in was a breeze.

We had our windows replaced 2 years ago. My husband broke the sash vent stops in 3 of my windows by slamming the window into them. I found these vent stops on Amazon and they were inexpensive enough to take a chance in ordering them sight unseen. I also contacted the manufacturer of my windows for replacements. The Amazon vent stops came quicker and fit perfectly. These are sturdier than my originals.

I made a lucky guess and the units work excellently...even more durable than the original pieces.
