Prime-Line F 2734 Tilt Latch Pair, White

The company we purchased our replacement windows from, quite a few years ago, went out of business. These seemed to be a little pricy to me, but they fit perfectly and appear to be a better quality than the old ones. I am hoping that they will be more durable so that I wont have to replace them often. They were easy to use, slid right in. I am ordering more now.

I ordered four pair of these as several of my windows only had one side holding the window in. This went a long way in securing all my windows. The size is clearly listed in the description and pictures. Just take a broken one out of your window, and measure it before you order.

Bought these because they were the right size and I didn't see any other options, purchase-wise. I wondered how they could be so cheap and ship for free - well, they are very light duty. I can't imagine that they will last, as they heavier-duty original ones broke. For now though, my window is fixed. Be careful getting your old one out. Mine did not really slide out and I shards of plastic attacking me during removable (wear safety glasses). New ones were super easy to install after that. Giving 4 stars because size was accurate and they are as advertised. Lost a star because they feel like the cheapest possible plastic.

As other reviewers have stated, be sure to get the right size for your windows. I have no idea what brand of window I have, but I measured and looked at drawings to determine this was the correct size latch. It took me about a minute or so per window to slide out the old latch and slide in the new. Some videos show using a screw driver to push the old latch out, but I was able to do it without any tool. The pictures show a representative sample of a broken latch, and a new one installed. If I can do this (with minimal diy knowledge), most anyone can. It's a relief knowing that my windows won't randomly tilt in when opened anymore (and thank goodness I never had a window break when it did that!).

Exact fit replacement! Would like to see a price break for quantity.

Fit perfectly in my Traco windows and were super easy to install: old ones slid out, new ones slid in. I had not realized my window stops were broken until a gust of wind blew the window open and broke the glass. When I hired a company to repair the glass, they gave me an estimate of $50 to replace the stops! What a rip off! Needless to say, I told them to repair the glass only. I got lucky and ordered the correct size with my first try, and I am very pleased with the product. Now that I know these are the correct size, I plan on checking all my other windows and replacing any broken or aged stops.

Did not fit my window opens packed put parts back in and sent back and still charged

Somehow the latch on one of my windows broke. I ended up using a shower tension rod to keep my window in place because it would not stay in the window frame. We found this latch and it saved the day! Very easy to use.

J'ai acheter ce modèle F 2734 et même si la description et l'image est ressemblante ce modèle est trop grand pour une fenêtre Farley. J'ai réussi à le modifier avec une dremel et beaucoup de patience. Croyez-moi, vaut mieux enlever la pièce de la fenêtre et aller chez un marchand pour comparer si elle est exactement pareil. De toute façon il faut l'enlever pour prendre les mesures.
