No..medebra did not fit,after my surgery..too much swelling..and since they were made overseas..cut way too small..did not bother with a larger size..felt like hey were all the same.

After my double mastectomy, I went home with a camisole that was suppose to help with the four drains left in. It got to be so uncomfortable. This bra worked so much better for me in terms of comfort. I love that it comes with two mini pillows that makes it easier to sleep because the cushion relieve the pressure on your chest if, like me, you sleep on your side. I did not use the pouches that come with the bra for the drains. I thought they were too high, and the drains would bulge under clothing. I preferred built in pocket garments or those short home depot apron for the drains. Both the pouches and the cushions can be taken off and this bra can double as a great running bra when you're back on your feet.

This was a good idea, however the Velcro in the front was very noticeable through clothing. It would be better if it was made with hooks or even a zipper. It also ran small in my opinion.

There are no pouches on the side... the description is not accurate. It came with no pouches or even an opening to place my own fill in cup. It didn't have the cups or the drain pouch

Love this bra! After my mastectomy trying to wear regular bras caused me to have pain..due to swelling I would advise ordering a size larger than what you would normally wear..its been 6 weeks since my surgery and I'm still swollen.

Comfortable and perfect for my breast reduction post op!

The week before my double mastectomy I spent hours driving from one Target to another in search for a soft, wireless, front closing sports bra for long recovery after surgery. I knew that I was suppose to wear a compression style bra to reduce inflammation. Needless to say, the only thing I found was myself crying in the isle filled with frustration and fear.Well, when I woke up from surgery I was wearing this. The hospital had put me in a Medebra while I was out and I lived in it for the next 3 weeks, only taking it off to wash it. It was easy to get on and off, even with my extremely limited mobility, since even the shoulder straps have Velcro.They also have a Velcro pouch that can be attached to hold the drain bags (rather than pinning them to your clothes).I was so grateful to have this bra while I healed.As for sizing, I had a small and it was snug as my expanders started being filled for reconstruction but it helped me feel secure.
