Sorry but if you know basic and I mean basic business principles then you know everything that is in this book, It doesn't really give you any great leg up of advice! That is why I read is to learn something and this book I could have written it, and that isn't saying a lot.

The book is based on US food catering/truck business. It’s useful to explain the obvious things such as finding the right pitch, business plans etc. But when it comes to the real nitty gritty stuff such as UK legislation, laws and by laws, it misses out big time. That is the stuff that’s going to prevent you from being shut down or taken to court. If you’re interested in a UK based business, give this book a miss.

I especially appreciate that this is updated for 2020.
