Helps with gamers numb thumb and bouldering
I got this set for my son as a gift. He loves bouldering or pulling plastic at the local rock climbing gym but as he getting older he was recently diagnosed with “gamer’s Or numb thumb”, which actually came from an injury. He works out to keep in shape so he can continue to play sports, and this set really helps with hands, fingers and as rehab. This set offers so much versatile and allows him ways to work on every aspect of hand strength and grip, and the finger stretcher helps with dexterity. The pieces are sturdy and well made, and the hand gripper is adjustable from 11 to 132lbs, which means it fits a variety of levels, and will continue to be usable even as hand strength increases. We share the digitalCounter grip and have been pleased with this set.

I broke my hand and am using as home pt. Works great! Quality item!
So, I broke my hand in multiple places and it has been a long recovery. I am trying to avoid surgery and doing lots of pt. I saw this and decided it was worth it to try it out. All of the exercises are excellent! They are just hard enough to to do, but I can do them. There are different settings on one piece for how strong you are. I have been doing them all week and I feel it working already. I showed the kit to my physical therapist and she loved it! It is a great at home exercise kit for hand strengthening. Last week I could not even get my lid off my coffee cup and this week I can. Those are tangible results! I sit and use it while I am watching tv. It is well worth the money and a quality item!

Strengthen your hands with this variety of hand grip tools
This kit has a little bit of everything. It all fits in a nice little drawstring bag that is included. This is an easy way to strengthen your hands and arm muscles. It can even be done while sitting on the couch watching tv. The hand grips are adjustable for the tension and also have a counter meter at the bottom to keep up with the resp. It includes 2 handle grips, a squishy ball, a flexible ring, 4 button individual press, and a 5 finger stretchy band thing. You can target specific fingers with a couple of the accessories. I think this would be good for anyone with hand issues that was looking to improve their strength. Or just anyone who wants a quick easy strengthening exercise. Its portable and can be done just about anywhere.

Great kit, little bit of everything
I recently started taking welding classes, and learned pretty quickly that my lack of grip strength is a problem when handling grinders and slag hammers for 8 hours a day.I bought this kit, because I liked the idea of having different gadgets to work different muscles in my hands. It has worked exactly as I’d hoped it would. There are two pistol grip squeeze strengtheners, but only one has a built in counter. This isn’t a big deal, I use on in each hand and can keep track of how many squeezes for each. There is a stress ball and a rubber ring that work different parts of the palmThere is a plastic and spring gadget that works each individual finger- musicians would like it..Finally, there’s a fancy rubber band that gives resistance as you force your fingers apart. My hands are getting stronger, so I will continue to use this kit.

Awesome Value
The handgrips are sturdy and well constructed. I like the counter but it does make that one handgrip have a little shorter length to close. I just rotate hands to make up for that. Love how I can change the poundage of resistance to really work my grip and forearms. The other accessories are great too. The ball and finger bands are effective and the other finger presser is a great exerecise it its self. My goal is to develop even more hand and forearm strength and build nice impressive forearms to look powerful. No doubt these tools will help me achieve my goals. My parents like them too. My dad has RA and will be using the ball for his hands. My mom will do it to keep her forearms and hands strong. Tremendous value for what you get and the benefits.

OK - not great
The two grip devs seem durable & functional, and I intend to use then for some time. Cons: One of the grips adjustments could not be turned without putting it in a vice - the other was fine. Con: note carefully that the two grips differ: the one with the counter is larger (~+0.7inch) and has individual finger placements - the other has a simple corrugation - no finger placement, is too-short for my medium hands and my pinkie can falls off. The counter occasionally, randomly resets itself randomly while in use and is difficult to see, but generally works OK. I'd be MUCH happier of both were the same larger size. The counter is unnecessary for me.

Very solid equipment!
This equipment arrived very fast and I am satisfied with the way the equipment is made. I really like the hand squeezers that look like a garden hose sprayer. The smaller plastic piece with the individual buttons for fingers really work. I am a guitar player and bought one of them years ago to build hand strength. Since each finger has it's own button it helps to build each finger independently and equally.

Work but not great
These work for strengthening but the design isn't great. The counter does not work because the handles don't meet at the correct spot to engage. The mechanism to make the strengthener more challenging is very hard to turn. I guess I'll get a work out on my fingers just doing that. Overall I will continue using but I don't love them.
