Received 2 plates. Only one had the adhesive on so the other was entirely useless. Also the description says "Metal Plates x 4 (2 with adhesive & 2 without)
Transparent Film x 4". This is false. There are two plates on the pack. I now see that there are absolutely loads of other similar complaints. I don't know why Amazon haven't stopped the sale of these as they are falsely advertised and often faulty. Come on Amazon. Sort it out.

Have used these before and bought as replacements. These work fully as expected. The main description is correct but the detailed product description needs updated to what is actually included. Mine came with two square magnets, one with adhesive and one without, along with two protective adhesive films. This was expected as it is what comes with the original product (including car mount).Perhaps including instructions in these replacement kits would be a good idea as I can see in other reviews that some people don't know how to use these. The protective adhesive film goes on the phone first! Then stick the magnet on top of this. The film acts to the protect the phone and also an easy way to remove the magnet if needed (hence the little lip on the top).Overall faultless product that works as expected, if you know what you're doing. Detailed product description needs updated to reflect true package contents.

Metal plates seem good but the adhesive film is single sided and I am guessing you have to put the film over the top of the plate and stick it down, terrible design as the film is barely bigger than the plate and the film isn’t very sticky, please avoid unless you have some spare 3m double sided tape lying around

Photo shows two rectangular magnets but have only received one rectangular and one circular magnet instead.

Description states 4 magnets but only came with 2 magnets. One with adhesive and one without. What a shame!

I thought I was ordering 2 large rectangular plates like the picture shows but I received a rectangle and a circle one! Very disappointing! Also the description states that the package contains 4 metal plates! I think they need to review their advert

Paired this with my meganount phone holder and it works seamlessly. It hasn't given any indication of coming off so far.
