Has both micro USB and C imput options.
Comes in a nice box, when you open it there are two very simple white boxes. Reminds me of phone packaging. One box contains your portable charger. The other a good quality but extremely short micro USB cable.I wasn't too fussed about the cable the selling point for me was that it had a C Input, nobody in our home uses a micro USB charger anymore. At one point they dominated in our home. So it's really useful to be able to use my regular charger to charge this up.But fear not it has two imput points so if your still in the micro USB realm then it caters for you too.I'll confess I'm a tech addict and almost everything I have needs charging if it isn't my phone its my headphones, watch or tablet. I need these with me at all times and if I forget to charge them overnight I'm not always certain I'm going to be next to a power socket for long enough in ym day to charge them up so having a back up is amazing. If its not me it's the kids things. So having this as a backup plan really helps me keep my life that little more organised. It holds charge well can charge 3 things at once from its 3 USB ports. It's not too heavy and I like it's design it looks pretty sleek. It can charge my phone a few times to 100% capacity and my tablet once as well as my headphones once. That's all from one charge.Would be fantastic for a festival or just to keep in your bag for those emergency days where you're a walking mess. You have to be somewhere in 20 minutes and your phone is dead, your laptop is dead. Your hairs a mess and your life is falling apart. It really helps relive the anxiety.

Big and sturdy
I really like this power bank. Now when I am travelling I don’t need to worry about finding a plug to charge my phone or iPad. Everything these days is stored on a device of some sort so especially when i am travelling I need to make sure that I have enough power in my phone to show my boarding cards and reservation tickets. And when travelling with children power banks are a life saver to keep them entertained in a small space. What I love about this power bank is it’s sturdyand sleek and fits so easily in a pocket or bag. It is bigger than most of my other power banks but has 3 ports and charges my devices faster and more. This powerbank gives my phone enough charge to have a full battery three times over. As well as an iPad twice! The display shows as a percentage which I love as I can tell exactly when I need to charge it again.

Essential Back-Up
I am a regular visitor to South Africa. Before my last trip I knew that significant power cuts were scheduled. I bought this charger and a solar/mains charger (reviewed separately) to provide battery charging capacity for personal electronics. The RAVPower charger was used multiple times during "load shedding" and kept all our devices running. It never ran out of power between charges, and the display shows remaining charge. The unit is compact but relatively heavy. Over a seven week period of daily use I did not see any decline in its capacity, but I do not consider this aspect of its performance fully evaluated, hence 4 rather than 5 star.Whatever its ultimate life, I consider it has paid for itself already by keeping phones etc charged when there was no mains power.

Powerful
This is pretty massive and heavy (although, if you don't mind the odd look, it can still fit in a regular jeans' pocket) - but, given the amount of power, what else would you expect? I've put it in my backpack and taken it with me without a problem. It takes about a night to charge fully; will charge my Oneplus 6 quickly, several times; an iPad maybe twice (though I think closer to 1.5); but I've actually been using it to power fairy lights for most of the evening/night, and it lasts for about a week or so. I like it! And I feel good about deciding to go with a larger but more powerful model I can comfortably rely on.

Great power bank
This arrived with 63%charge, quite heavy and bigger than I anticipated (my fault for not checking measurements when ordering) however I got this to be able to charge multiple devices simultaneously on the move. Its BRILLIANT! I get 5 charges for my phone from a full battery. We've had 2 x kindle fire tablets changing at the same time in the car. Solved so many arguments!I love that it came in such a neat package, with the cable in its own little box and the power bank in its own anti scratch bag. Really well presented.

Great powerbank, my wife loves it!
What's in the Box?1 x RAVPower 20000mAh Portable Charger (Model: RP-PB172)1 x Micro USB Cable (Lightning Cable and USB to Type-C Cable are NOT included)1 x User GuideBuild qualityThe power bank is made of a textured solid black plastic with a nice ridge detail on the top, it has rounded edges making it feel nice in the hand. The plastic is of a high quality and there are no sharp edges. The power button you press to display the current charge level is solid and makes a reassuring click. The display on the front is fairly dim but easily readable.PortabilityThe power bank ways 450 grams and is narrow and not to thick. It could be carried in a trouser pocket if needed.FeaturesThe power bank has an LCD on the front that when the power button is pressed displays the current level of charge in the power bank by percentage which is really useful. The power bank is charged via the USB Micro port or Lightning port. The powerbank 18W so charges devices quickly. My wife has used this to charge her mobile and Beats headphones. The unit has 2 USB ports and 1 USB C port for charging. You can use these all at the same time which is handy.Missing features/in an ideal world-It would be nice if the power bank was supplied with a charger but this isn't really an issue as most people will already have one.-Some rubber feet on the bottom of the power bank to make sure it doesn't slide on a surface.-Use of USB C for charging as appose to Micro USBOverallGood value and capacity. Well made and very portable with 3 ports for charging. I would highly recommend this powerbank.
