I have been using AutoCAD Civil3D for over 12 years and this is a well written book with numerous examples of tips and tricks to utilize that I haven’t heard of before. There are numerous examples of some thought provoking tips that you can customize to your own needs. I definitely got my money’s worth out of the book.

Didn't care for the way it was written

I love this book. This book shows tips even the most experienced AutoCadd user. I am a Licensed Surveyor and Mapper but my cadd skills are weak from not using it enough since I started to manage more than draft. I took it into the office and the cadd users loved it. The author offers files to work from. Great book!!!

Too expensive, very little useful information. Learn more by research and videos on the internet

This book helped me get a firmer hold in understanding a subject that is equally fascinating and challenging to grasp. The incredibly complex software that is parried with it can be overwhelming for those who haven't been initiated. For me, the great value was the extensive sample files that can be emailed to to you should you be inclined. For me, and I'm sure for many others lost in this mist having these samples is worth it for the price alone. It will save you a lot of time. Nevertheless, the book was very helpful and effective in transferring it's instruction to your better understanding.
