very pretty, received with head unattached - welding did not hold - I did reattach but does not look as good as the orders All the other chimes made it fine. Yes I would try and reorder in future

Will probably arrive broken.
Very pretty but arrived broken, as many others mentioned. I was able to reattach a piece and had to super glue another. Wish I could return for a new one fully intact but I’m giving it as a gift and do not have the time to wait for a new one.

Broken
I purchased this for a Christmas gift and when it was opened, it was broken in tiny pieces. Lesson learned... Open the box immediately to make sure the product is not damaged. It is now too late for a return.

It's not what I expected (not as elegant as pictured more child like/arts and crafts style ) and looks easily breakable/not sturdy. As soon as I took it out of the package a piece was broken. I suppose for the price it is about accurate.
