Terrific product! Bought for my 12 year old for xmas. Arrived very quickly. Having read the other reviews we opted to fill it with water. We tested it with a few litres in the bathroom 1st, rolling it around to check there were no leaks before moving it to his room and filling it. It was fine. My son had it filled using a 2 litre water bottle in what seemed like no time. It took two of us (my husband wasn't home) to lift the punch bag into place. It is sturdy and seems well made. The rubber feet attached to the bottom help to stop it sliding on impact. He loves it. We bought boxing gloves as well and I think we will go back and get the gel liners too.

This is my first ever review online because I felt it was necessary for the good of the people.The biggest defect in this freestanding bag is the fact that it's 100% rigid from top to bottom. There is nothing to absorb the impact like you'll see in other bags (springs). This means that with a light jab I can cause the whole product to tilt over, and with a little bit more power I can easily knock it over. I think if they addressed the issues with the base, the top part of the product would be quite good.Since the whole body pivots on the base when I punch it, a hole has developed underneath it, which has since caused the water to leak everywhere round the garage... There's no easy way of filling it either, you have to undo the 20 bolts that hold the main body to the base.Please please invest your money in to something else, even if it is more expensive, or you'll end up with regret like me!

Takes punishment like the best bags around, can be kicked but not great for low kicks.
