Champion Ankle Brace, Open Heel, Flexible Stays, Knit Elastic, Medium

The 1st ankle brace I purchased fit perfectly & did an excellent job of supporting my foot & ankle enabling me to walk without pain. I would not hesitate to give the product 5 stars, but I purchased a 2nd brace the same size & it was much bigger. It bunched so I couldn’t put my shoe on. I returned it & requested a replacement. I received another brace with box & label on brace saying it was a Medium, the size I originally ordered. Again too big! The toe area measured 2 inches larger than the 1st Medium I ordered.My frustration is I need the brace & have received no answer to the inquiry I sent to the seller.

I first bought the large after doing the measurement around my ankle that was recommended but the size large was too big. It fit too loosely. I have no photos of the large. I sent the large back to get a medium and the medium fit well around my calf but was too loose around the width of my foot. The first 4 photos show the medium. Thinking that maybe I should try the small, since I could not deal with the extra loose fit around my foot. I got a small but it was too tight around my calf and thought it would cut off my circulation too much, so I sent that back too. The last 2 photos are of the small. I have a 6 1/2 size women's foot that is wide with a high arch. Foot width 4" calf is 13". I hope this might help someone else with the sizing. Maybe this product should include better sizing chart for calf and foot width.

I followed measurement procedure but the resulting x-large proved too loose. I then ordered the large and it has been surprisingly ideal. Just enough support but not too much restriction. Only 4 stars because of the measuring error. But when the one ankle is feeling a bit more under the weather I wear the x-large over the large for added support

My daughter really likes this brace. She has tendinitis on the outer calf area from competitive tennis and gets good compression and support from it. The stiff strips do a good job of providing extra lateral support. My only complaint would be that it's very difficult to get off, especially if you're sweaty. I have to help her and really PULL.

Great product some delays in shipping

This brace made the arches of my feet so sore, that I actually couldn't play basketball after wearing the brace. The brace is uncomfortable.
