Hanes Boys' 5 Pack Ultimate Comfortsoft Crew

My grandson is soon to be five. He wears a size 4/5 in shorts and size 6 in shirts (depending on manufacture, sometime a size 6 shirt runs small or shrinks too much), so He is an average size slim. I purchased this product "Hanes Little Boys' 3-Pack Crewneck T-Shirt - White - Small/Petite (6-8)" but it ran a bit small. I then bought "Hanes Boys' 5 Pack Ultimate Comfortsoft Crew, White, size (Big) SMALL" it would be a little bigger. Shirts are the same size! Different site on Amazon so I thought they would be bigger. I love them though, very thin so perfect for hot California summers. Little sister who wears size 3/4 t shirts will wear them.Returning second set no problem, customer service is amazing !!! Recommend to anyone who are looking for a cool summer shirt or just a little extra layer under a shirt on cooler weather.

Shrank the first time I dried these on low heat. I wish I spent more money for better ones.

While they don't seem like the softest shirts to me, my 6 and 3 year old little boys love them, they like to be like daddy and these are just like the adult versions that my hubby wears around the house a lot. Also, the tagless feature is a must with my boys who freak out big time about tags (seriously, how did we survive with tags in our clothes all those years? lol). Now that my youngest is wearing them too, I needed another package and Amazon is so much more convenient for me than driving 30 minutes to the store that I end up finding too many other things to buy too, I shop from the comfort of my home and they arrive in 2 days' time and the prices are always competitive so it's a win for me. :)

These are a big hit for my 8 year old. He has a slight sensory disorder and hates when clothing has seams, tags, or a scratchy feeling. Night time especially he is particular. He is the kind of kid that will wear his pajamas all day unless you ask him to change. He likes to wear his favorites, non stop. We found that the cotton white tees really eased his mind and made our bed time routine so much easier. Now I'm sick of seeing him in plain white shirts every day when he has so many other colors, BUT I'm happy we don't have to spend all that time bickering about getting on clean clothes!!!

Sizes as the relate to age of child not listed online, so I guessed that an xs would fit my 5yo. Too small. Packing, however, lists ages... So why doesn't the description online?Photo included to help others out.

Well made, comfortable and durable crew. Soft fabric fits our 11 year-old very well. No shrinkage and still comfortable after 15+ washings. Excellent price from Amazon. And even better - no searching several local stores for the desired style and size. The 100% cotton is a bit warmer when colder weather arrives. For Spring and Summer our 12 year old prefers the Hanes Boys' 4-Pack Ultimate X-Temp Crew which we also purchase from Amazon.com. I'm a late 20's something female working in the fashion industry and I SWEAR by these shirts, after years of searching I have finally found the perfect summer tee and for so cheap! I generally wear a small or x-small up top and found the boy's large to fit perfectly. They're lightweight with the perfect length in the body and an actual true to god crew neck (none of that "scoop neck" crew neck ladies cuts tend to have). It's only a matter of time before Refinery29 gets the inside scoop on these beauties.

The small fits my 96 inch tall toddler perfectly. He wears 4T-5T. It is a light weight cotton which he enjoys sleeping in in the summer or using as an under shirt in the fall/winter. Decent value for money. Happy with purchase but would not pay more than 21$ per pack.
