Good product. Has two different mounting options included. 5/16" shaft slides straight into the ancient mounting that was already in my old chair. I'm very happy with this. The casters are very stable, with rubberized tread. I recommend!

Able to move mirror around easily after installing these. Won’t mar the floor when rolling it where needed. Should have done this years ago.

I purchased these castor wheels in May and just got around to putting them on my chair in August. Everything was working fine until I got to the last 5/16" stem. Unfortunately there was a different stem left that did not fit. I called Amazon customer service to complain about the product. The man I talked to at first was wondering why I didn't immediately open the product and make sure all of the parts were there, since it had been three months ago. I told him I had just got around to putting the new castors on my chair. Since the return period had ended he said he could give me a one time free replacement or refund. I asked for a replacement. He then said I needed to return the bad item. Well I told him I could not do that because I had already installed three of the four castor wheels on the chair and could not take them off. At this point I told him to never mind and that I would try to find a stem somewhere and would just write a product review. Well he said not to worry that he would send me a replacement. At this point I calmed down and told him I appreciated his help. The castors were easy to install and now waiting to get the fourth one done. Just wanted to report how cooperative Amazon customer service was in resolving the problem.

Very nice heavy duty easy install

Love these Casters! They glide across the tile floor and do not leave any black marks. Very reasonable price. Upgraded our chairs for little money!

They look good, overall quality is good. Installation was easy. I replaced the coasters on my ottoman and these looked and worked superior ... until they broke. The wheels are made from pretty week plastic, they just fall off at some point. They lasted not more than a week. different people set on the ottoman and that all the use they got.They will work fine with less weight load and not too much moving but not for chairs and similar use.

For the specific intentions of the project need, the price point considered and the quality of the product received, I was pleased.I ordered the product in used/like new condition. The items came in what appeared to be original packaging, with all the specified parts. I had measured the diameter of the caster installation pin I was replacing, to try to ensure that the product would meet my project needs.Installing the new casters was easy and they seem to roll smoothly as I was hoping for. They also appear that they will able to maintain integrity with the weight capacity I intend to use it for.There are additional parts since I didn't need all the additional pieces the kit comes with -- it is a "universal" style kit which allows multiple different installation styles.
