it just works!
I tape patients alot. NOTHING else comes close. I use cover roll as base layer. stays on for 3-5 days. does not snap and sticks like hell. Worth the money you pay.

Carried this during my Camino walk and used it to dress my blister. Worked really well in keeping the dressing in place and did not peel and stick to my socks despite the long walks an d sometimes sweaty feet. Will definitely take it on all my long walks.

Totally recommend, but get specialist advice on how to use for sports injuries, etc.
I have a knee weakness after an injury caused my kneecap to keep dislocating. This tape helps to give support for movement of my knee. Used with hypafix medical tape under it. It is the exact tape my physiotherapist uses.

Blister prevention
Use this on spots where you're prone to blister when hiking. Put it on BEFORE you go, not when you feel a blister forming. The adhesive will tear the blister if it's already formed. This is preventative use.
