If they fit your glasses, these work great.
These clip-ons are great. They are well constructed and fit well. They do a great job of filtering out the sun and cause no degradation of your vision. I originally found these at a local drug store and bought a backup pair on Amazon. The price was a bit cheaper online. I would make sure that they fit your glasses before buying though. The only problem is actually a problem with all polarized lenses. It can make it difficult looking at your phone and other devices. They will darken or even completely black out the display. Again, this is the same with any polarized lens and is not the fault of the manufacturer.

I have been using this brand of clip-ons for several years. I find clip-ons more convenient than Rx sunglasses and a lot cheaper. My previous models of Solar Shield clip-ons had relatively short life-spans due to the fact they are were fragile - the spring loaded middle piece was attached directly to the plastic lenses and eventually they broke at that attachment point. This model has a metal band around the plastic lenses and the middle piece is attached to the metal band so this model appears to be much stronger (as other reviewers have noted) and so far so good. If you choose the model number carefully they fit over your prescription glasses almost perfectly, matching their look and shape, so it is not obvious that you are wearing clip-ons. I bought my first pair of this particular model at a retail store where I could check the fit. These are a second pair of the same model #, so I have two - one for the car and one with me in a coat pocket. They work well for me as sunglasses, and cut glare as advertised. But, be forewarned, any polarizing lens will make seeing any LCD screen, like your smartphone and displays in you car, harder to see, as those displays relay of polarization to work.

Cheap but effective
Without even looking at my glasses dimensions they fit near perfectly. A little flimsy but for the price I can live with it. Lightweight and works 100% as advertised.

Prob ok if they if happen to fit glasses
Advice: If they don’t fit your glasses right away…just return them: The hooks cannot be adjusted. The construction seems solid enough—the hooks just aren’t bendable. (Broke them right off—my bad, I guess….)The position AND shape of the hooks, (esp. the top hooks), must really limit what glasses these clip-ons will fit. Thicker prescription lenses may also prevent the bottom hooks from fitting properly.Lens shape matched my frames quite well: A size bigger than my lens size (54mm) might have been even better.

Love them
Great clip on sunglasses at a great price. They are well made, my last pair last me seven years. Will definitely be buying again and again every seven years lol.

The Perfect Clip-Ons
Great product - there are many sizes of this product and, after looking at the measurements carefully, I ordered a pair which seemed as though they would fit my glasses, which they did, almost exactly as though they had been made for them. The lenses are a very, very tight fit, but this is only a slight downside to having such a good fit. As a bonus, these clip-ons are made of extremely solid materials and promise to be around as long as I want to wear my current pair of glasses.

Does not fit normal glasses
The frame expands from the sides so unless its a perfect fit the glasses stink

Not the best fit, not as well made as prior versions, but still do what they are supposed to do!
Although I have used these type of 'clip-ons' for years, the quality seems to be getting lower and lower. Granted, I am not sure if the ones I purchased are the 'exact' size for my frames (since it does not appear that my exact size is even made!), the spring action and fit on the frames is flimsy and not nearly as good as previous versions. Nevertheless, it is still cheaper than getting prescription sunglasses and/or keep changing glasses.
