The 3s lipo battery with traxxas plug,if you need deans T plug,you can cut trx plug and solder deans T.Another way,you can buy Tracxas male to deans T female adapter plug.

Q: Can these batteries be charge using the traxxas 2970 ez-peak plus 4-amp nimh/lipo fast charger?

I have 3300 3s which charge at 3.4 also does charger balance the cells.

I dont know the traxxas charger but if it is designed to balance charge LiPo batteries there should be no problem using the ,3s port. Members of my club charge a wide variety of batteries using an assortment of chargers without any problem. The main thing is a concern with any LiPo to do it safely. Never leave it charging unless you are there to supervise, do it in a fireproof environment, I use an old crockery crock pot, and beware of charging any cells with signs of physical damage.
