Feline nausea alert...
I've been a bass player for 45 years, and this is one of the finest drivers I've ever used.I ran across some interesting information on the Talkbass forum about a speaker design known as the Greenboy fEARful 15-sub.It is a design specifically tailored to this driver, and has been built by many with very satisfactory results.Since I'm getting older, the light weight (45 lbs) and small size (20" x 24" x 16") appealed to me, so I built a fEARful cabinet and put one of these monsters in there.Using a Fender P-Bass through a GK 1001RB amp, it has deep lows, quick response and amazing punch. Very efficient but with huge power handling and long excursion.Only disadvantage is it rolls off quick above about 1400 hz, so if you're a bass player that likes pops and snap, match it with a 6" mid or a horn. There are other fEARful designs that do that.I hooked it up as a sub on the home theater and even though it's not in an optimal sub cabinet, with proper EQ'ing it still hit concussive levels without breaking a sweat. (enough to make the cat throw up during "Armageddon").There are many different designs on the web for this driver for specific applications, a real testimony to it's performance.Best choice I could have made. Now I can get rid of my old 4-10" and 2-15" boat anchors. My back and my bass both love me now.

What a brute!
This thing really cranks out bass and is really light. Neo is the only way to go! It made my heavy cabinet much more transportable. It seems to take anything my amp can give it (400 watts) without distortion and overall sounds great. I thought I might need 2 of these but have decided that this one puts out enough for me in a rock band. It does not have much high end so I pair it with a 2X10 cabinet for the high end but not because I need more volume.

You can't go wrong with 3015LF.
I have been using 3015LFs for several years for my subs and wanted to add 2 more. When the speakers arrived the boxes looked good but the casting on one of the speakers was broken. I contacted Amazon and they immediately sent out another which I had in 3 days.

I ordered two of these and they were super light. However both did not play out of the box, I reconnected my old spreakers and they worked so it was the speakers. I have heard these play in a car sub. and they are beautiful. It will get you notice if thats what you're going for. But they are also super clear.UPDATE: Bought another pair from a local dealer and they have played well so far.

Good speaker!!
Eminence is the boss, this speaker made a huge difference in the weight of my cab, and the responsiveness is great also. I replaced my LAB12s with these, no regrets, although I still love my LAB12s.

Awesome driver!
I used this driver in a folded horn cabinet designed by Bill Fitzmaurice. Amazing output. Don't let the 12" size fool you. I have 6 of these that will easily run with 4 double 18" cabinets.

Great speaker both quality and sound.
The speaker fit the cabinet and sounds great. Light weight and full sound.
