Amazon Brand - Happy Belly Select Manuka Honey 10+, 340gr - MGO 261

I love honey and eat it every day. I also use it for cooking and baking. Manuka honey is obviously too expensive for cooking but I take a spoonful every day for its health benefits. I have a subscription with Amazon for a monthly jar of Manuka honey. I have tried various brands over a period of time and two months ago changed to this particular brand when my previous brand was out of stock. I liked it so much I have now changed my subscription to this permanently. It tastes gorgeous, smooth and unctuous with a caramel undertone. Absolutely delicious! My only question relates to the rating. When buying Manuka honey I have always gone by the MGO rating and have always tried to buy honey with the highest rating at a price I can afford. Oddly although the product description on Amazon states that this honey has an MGO rating of 261 this not mentioned on the actual jar. Instead it gives an NPA rating of 10+. I had never heard of this. There is so much fake Manuka honey out there that I am somewhat suspicious. As this is Amazon's own brand I hope I can trust that this is genuine Manuka honey. Nevertheless, it tastes so delicious I will continue to buy it and hope for the best.

You can pay more for less in Manuka world but this is 340gram jar not 250g and it can be bought for £18-£22 which is great value for Certified NPA 10+. It taste great and smooth, not gritty like ones with honeycomb inside. I'm on a budget so I can't buy £25 / 250g honey, tried them once and thought, not anything better than this....Amazon has delivered a premium product for a affordable price, thank you......

Good thick honey not overly sweet. For me has a slightly antiseptic taste, but my husband does not detect this. I only have a tiny bit a day and husband 1 heaped teaspoon on porridge every morning (we always use honey in porridge anyway). Also giving one third teaspoon per day to my dogs, apparently good for dogs tummy troubles. One of my dogs has gurgling stomach which clearly gives her discomfort, and advice is to give this honey 20 minutes before food. I have tried this tactic and it appears to be working, her tummy was swollen now is normal and much less gurgling sometimes none. (tried pro biotic sheeps yoghurts which is much higher protein than cows, but it made her tummy problem worse).

I often get a bad stomach and feeling nauseous. So I mix hot water with lemon and a spoon of this tasty Manuka honey and I'm feeling tip top again. I have to stop myself eating it by the spoon though because it is truly the tastiest honey I've ever tried. Great value too as this type of honey isn't cheap. Would buy again and again.

Only thing that annoys me about this honey is the price keeps going up and down so often otherwise I would buy it monthly. Its probably the cheapest Manuka honey out there when its bought at the right time and was we use it daily it runs out fast. Great when bought at the right time and tastes lovely.

So I've been using this for a week, and suffer from many of the ailments that this miracle honey is said to cure. I've not had it before, and was surprised at the unusual after-taste. So this taste is unique to Manuka honey's New Zealand-based bees and the flowers they use, but I'd recommend a free taster before spending your money. If I change my mind in the future, I'll update the review, but for now I can't see the value.

Have been using various Manuka honey brands for years now & this one was very tasty. Would certainly use again but went out of stock, then price almost doubled once the second wave of COVID-19 arrived...Have since moved onto a Greek honey brand which came in a much larger bottle & 1/2 the price but still with a very high nutritional value...!

This is to say I love Manuka honey it helped me when I was diagnosed with cancer I'm sure it helped my recovery I am now free of ant cancer I would recommend it to everyone svarndell

Ero da tempo incuriosita dal miele di Manuka, spesso citato a proposito delle straordinarie proprietà nutrizionali e terapeutiche, ma il costo mi aveva sempre fatto desistere dall'acquisto.Ho trovato questo prodotto un ottima opportunità per assaggiare finalmente questo famoso miele.Il sapore è molto meno dolce del miele tradizionale, quasi tostato, un incrocio tra miele di castagno e caramello.La consistenza è cremosa perfetta per mischiarlo allo yogurt.👍👍👍 Consiglio di sperimentarlo almeno una volta per conoscerne il sapore, per quanto riguarda le proprietà terapeutiche, ovviamente, non posso dire niente se non a volte l'effetto placebo aiuta 😉

Ich hatte schon mehrfach Manuka-Honige mit verschiedenen MGO-Werten ( auch oft teurer als dieses Produkt hier) Der Honig ist sehr cremig und hat den typischen Manuka-Geschmack (leicht bitter,medizinisch) Für den Preis absolut zu empfehlen. Ich vertraue bei der MGO-Angabe Amazon voll, ist ja eine Eigenmarke.Auf alle Fälle schmeckt mir der Honig sehr gut und ist auch in einem Glas , sonst waren es meist Plastebehälter.Die Verpackung war 1a !!!

Das sollte man mal ausprobieren. Es ist kein Honig für den täglichen Gebrauch. Eigentlich eher zur medizinischen Anwendung. Aber lecker. Er enthält ein paar Zuckerkristalle. Wer das Produkt kaufen möchte,sollte vorher mal Google befragen. Das einzige Manko war 2 Gläser bestellt, eins war nicht fanz dicht bei der Lieferung

Está rica pero no es para tanto, precio exagerado para lo que es. Cualquier granja vende miel ecológica más barata. Sólo quería probarla...

Miele dal sapore deciso, dolce con note di caramello, a mio avviso buonissimo.Qualcosa di diverso dal solito millefiori / acacia e vari tipi di miele made in Italy.Prezzo elevato, ma una volta per togliersi lo sfizio va più che bene ✌️
