Great foundation. I have oily skin, but I don't have any problems with this makeup and I don't use powder either. This foundation is oil free. It lasts all day. It gives very good coverage. I've tried Revlon Colorstay. It lasts all day, too, but it's a heavier feeling formula. It doesn't blend into the skin as easily as this one. This foundation lives up to it's "super blendable" name. Since it blends so well, it gives a very natural and smooth look to my skin...not masklike. When wearing, I've gotten comments; "your skin is beautiful", instead of your make up looks nice. The cute, little, glass bottle reminds of of an old fashioned milk jug. A little goes a long way. As the manufacturer stated; use four dots of foundation...forehead, cheek, cheek, and chin. Covering the open bottle with the finger tip and giving a tilt of the wrist, leaves the perfect size dot on the finger tip. I use a makeup brush to blend. Using most days, a bottle lasts me almost 3 months. Another thing I really like about this foundation, it doesn't transfer easily and it doesn't drip off my face with normal sweat in hot weather,(or hot flash). It leaves no foundation ring around the collar. The foundation I'd worn for years was discontinued. It's not so easy finding a new one. I'm glad I stumbled across this Loreal True Match. I like it better than the old. UPDATE; I'm still fond of this makeup, but I have to tell you, I have found even better. To my surprise, it's Maybelline "Super Stay 24hr" Yeah! It's wonderful; perfect color and glides over your skin like satin and blends right in, extremely well. It must be formulated with an included primer. Very natural looking with great coverage. It formulated to not sweat off. Well, I put some on and worked out, until I was dripping in sweat. As soon as I was done, I ran to the mirror. This foundation didn't budge. Absolutely, no dripping or streaks. I'm sold. I'm a Massage Therapist. My treating room is warmer than normal, to accommodate my client's lack of clothing. When I do deep or vigorous work, in no time, I'm sweating like a pig, but I like to use makeup. I definitely look better with it. This Maybelline "Super Stay 24hr" has everything I want; good coverage, natural looking, perfect color, great formula, great feel on my skin, and sweat proof, too! It comes in a tall cylinder bottle, with a white and silver cap. Try it, if you find a color you like for your skintone. I'm almost exactly the color of a brown paper bag. The Caramel works perfectly for me. It's a little more expensive...about 13.

I have very fair skin, on the verge of pure white. Almost all liquid foundations are a bit too dark for me, and leave an uneven 'shadowey' appearance between my face and neck. I do not apply foundation to my entire face- rather just my 'problem areas'- so I needed something that truely matched my skin tone. I had tried many many make-ups throughout my high school years. Most did not match my skin, or made me break out terribly. But that all changed when I found L'Oreal True Match Porcelain foundation. This liquid foundation comes in a small glass bottle. One bottle usually lasts me about 3 to 4 months- using it almost every day. The cap screws on, which I like (other caps snap on or open and can be squeezed out). This one works well for me. I put my finger over the opening, tip it upside down quickly, and then have just enough foundation on my finger to cover my entire face. To apply this foundation I use a brush (yep- a brush for liquid foundation). I've found it gives me more of an airbrushed appearance and the light bristles help blend this make-up flawlessly. The make-up is thick enough to easily cover my blemishes, but thin enough to not feel cakey or heavy on my face. It stays nicely applied throughout the entire day. It doesn't get oily- or even worse dry and crack (I hate when other foundations do that). It works perfectly with my oily skin. And surprisingly, it doesn't make me break out. I'll admit I have a bit of an acne problem, and it's very hard for me to find foundations that don't make it worse. But L'Oreal's liquid make-up has never made me break out. In fact it helps dry my oily skin- which I've noticed has prevented break-outs over time. The shade of this foundation is very light- hence it's "Porcelain" title. I've been told I have 'milky white skin', just to give other's an idea of how truly white this is. Some people have even questioned whether or not I was albino (I am not). But this make-up matches me flawlessly. It blends in easily with my skin and leaves me feeling confident all day long. It covers my blemishes without completely caking my face. It feels airy, not heavy on my skin. And it lasts all day long without any problems. Overall I'm very pleased with this foundation- and I think it will be a part of my cosmetic ruitine for the rest of my life.

Best and affordable product for beginners! The colour match is out of here! It blends perfectly for normal to oily skin! With a littling setting spray, this will last you the whole night!

Good cover . I been using this brand for a long time

I've had a difficult time finding a foundation that works well for me. I have very fair skin, which is hard to match with foundation. Also, my skin was oily, for many years, because I was not using the correct skin-care products and this foundation controlled the shine very well. Anyway, I've been using this foundation (Alabaster) for about 3 years along with the True Match blush (Baby Blossom) and concealer (Fair/Light) topped off with L'oreal's Hydra Perfecte (now Translucide) loose powder (Transluscent). This make-up looks very natural and I've had many comments on how amazing my skin is (which it really isn't). L'oreal has (somewhat) simplified the process of chosing the right shade for your skin. They've grouped their foundation shades into 3 categories: Warm, Neutral, and Cool. Once I figured out that I'm a "Cool," that narrowed down the selection to a much more manageable number. They have so many shades I'm sure that almost everyone could find a shade to match their skin. If not, I've heard of poeple combining two shades to make their own. The foundation goes on and blends well. Once it's on, you can't tell. Even when I touch my face, I only feel my skin. It doesn't feel like I'm wearing anything. Blush and eyeshadow go on smooth and stay put when applied over this foundation. It almost has a powdery finish and lasts all day. I apply it around 7:00 A.M. and most days it still looks good at 7:00 P.M without any touch-ups. There are some days when my skin is more oily than usual but this stuff usually does a good job of controlling the shine. I can't remember for sure but one bottle lasts me at least 3 months, maybe longer, with almost daily use. Another thing I love about this makeup is that it doesn't clog my poors or cause breakouts, even when I go to bed without washing my face. There are many nights when I'm too tired from work to wash before bed and I've never had any problems. Also, coverage is light but if you want or need more coverage, just add another layer to whatever areas you need to get more coverage and it builds on itself. The price with Amazon's Subscribe and Save program is the best I've seen. The biggest problem is that the shades I need aren't always available. Other than that, I have no complaints with this product and will (hopefully) be using it for years to come.

I'm 53 yrs old. Blonde hair green eyes. Neutral undertones. Normal skin .textured skin. I'm light. / Med. I purchased N2 Wich was too light. I then purchased N4 Wich was too dark. I mixed them and have the perfect color. I think either brush ,fingers,or sponge work very well. It's very light,creamy,moisturizing... It covers very well. Does not sit into fine lines... Does not oxidise The pictures I provided is 2 layers of foundation .. My skin still feels like I'm not wearing foundation. This will cake up on you if you don't blend very well. It will just sit on your skin ... I don't know how this is for oily skin. But for mature textured skin ...this is wonderful. My face feels very hydrated. This leaves a satin/ slight dewy finish Wich I really love. (But...you need a setting spray or powder . This will not stay all day by itself!!! ) At least not for me.. I need a setting spray... I'm too old for the matte and I personally don't like the outcome on ME!! Everyone is different.. I have searched for the right foundation for years and besides max factor this is wonderful. So many shades in so many undertones. One for everyone.. I'm giving 5 stars. This shipped fast. Was packaged securely so it didn't break. . I'm very happy. Consider buying elsewhere! I love this foundation but what I received today was disappointing. I have been buying W0.5 since the shade came out and have come to expect some shade variation between purchases (it is a drugstore foundation after all, it’s never bothered me) but when I opened the package today I immediately noticed how pink the color looked in the bottle compared to my last purchase. I swatched it just to be sure and the color is in fact much more cool tone then my left over foundation. It is possible that my last foundation oxidized to be more orange/darker from when I bought it but definitely not enough to create such a difference. Not sure if it’s just a bad batch or if this is fake product, but I was able to get a return less refund with Amazon and now I will be buying directly from L’Oreal’s website to see if it’s a change to the whole shade. Pretty disappointing since my shade isn’t sold in stores and finding a light warm tone shade is difficult to start with

I'd seen and heard really amazing things about this product so I was super excited to get it, only to be disappointed when I actually got it. I didn't realise that it was going to come in such a small bottle, and the coverage isn't as amazing as people make it out to be, I personally would need at least 3 layers of this stuff to get my desired coverage and that wouldn't do my skin any good.
