I don't know if it's the problem of using resistance band for first time. I'm 6ft and it was lil bit uncomfortable, maybe it isn't that elastic/resistance is high.Standard squats with hands up was difficult.For Bicep curls, deadlift, it was good.Found difficulty in pullups...And when I found the product I thought it was used.. It was bit scratched.. But I ignored these things..Ah suggestion : buy bands of less lbs and gradually increase the resistance level.I bought this to increase my pullups.. And resistance for pushups.
