Was recommended the Nitropress so decided to give it a try. It arrived in a nice box and well presented in a branded bag.Easy to use and clean, works really well with Pina Coladas and even Espresso Martinis.Would recommend

Got this last year and it makes excellent cold brew nitro coffee.So why one star? The refill cartridges are ridiculously expensive is why. You used to be able to get 40 of them for £40 here on Amazon, which I could just about stomach. They aren't available via Amazon anymore, and have to be purchased from the Nitropress website. They are also listed at 40 for £40 - however when you go to checkout they then slap £7.99 shipping and £9.60 of additional taxes on top, making it 40 for £57.59. This is just too much, which is a shame as this is now just some expensive gadget that will sit there gathering dust.I used to recomend this to coffee snob friends. I won't be doing so any longer.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this to test out nitro coffee at home. I used it with Sandows cold brew (10L box) and it works really well. Going to try out some flavour infusions and cocktails too! Love the packaging, perfect for a gift!

I bought this for my small hotel and bar to do cold brew nitro coffee and it does everything it says it will, producing a smooth creamy nitro coffee and with pleasing results ... easy to clean and smart looking beautifully packaged for a present for a coffee or cocktail lover. I shall be experimenting with nitro cocktails and trying the soda cartridges next. Highly recommended.

Either a faulty product, or just does not work. Nitrogen canisters did not pierce, and if they did, they didn't fill up the container and just leaked out of the bottom.Try to remove a wasted canister, you end up with a screw thread stuck to the canister itself, which is extremely sharp and slices your hand open if you try to take it off the jammed on canister.Some of the packaging on the inside looked damaged with a part just rattling around inside (the outside was fine and had a 'seal of QA' sticker which was not tampered with. I suspect it was a faulty product which was just repackaged and resold without fixing the reason why it was returned.Also, did not come with glass which is displayed on all the advertisements as part of the starter kit.

This thing is nice - sure you might save a few bucks with a cheaper one but over the life of use, accounting for N2, coffee beans, etc, the cost is negligible. If you want a super nice gift for someone this would suit the ticket - both with in packaging presentation and product.

Awesome customer service, awesome product!

Yeah, it's pricy... you're basically paying $100+ for a stout nozzle, as the rest is standard whipped cream dispenser. That being said, it's made of pure quality material, nothing cheap about it. And the nozzle does make all the difference, as my drinks are extremely creamy. I do have a standard whipped cream maker, so I compared the two and there was a large difference. I've made plain nitro cold brew, sweet cream, and espresso martinis. Can't wait to try the other recopies on their site!

Very well made. I've had it for about two (2) months. Make sure you "firmly" tighten (not over tighten) when preparing to make the Nitro coffee. Follow the instructions. I have used one (1) charge with 500ml and it lasts over four (4) days - 100 ml infused serving each day (this was a test to see how long the charged lasted).
