Really great buy
I've been using BeautyBurn PM for four weeks and have had great results. The first week I lost almost 5lbs and kept shedding of weight after that. It definitely curbed my apatite and kept me from over eating. It works just the way it says it will and I'm definitely going to keep using it. The only thing is that you do have to consume more water than usual to keep from dehydrating and getting headaches. I did have to force myself to eat sometimes to get all the needed nutrients and calories my body needs to keep healthy but balancing everything will keep u from being miserable. That goes for any kind of fat burner out there anyway. After the first week I didn't have a problem and felt good taking them.
