Looks good , nice glossy finish and seems sturdy and well made . Quite expensive but Harrry Potter memorabilia is and I am pleased with the quality of this product .

Purchased in July 2022, it looks great and for the first few times of use was great kept the coffee hot and overall, a great mug. However, the glaze inside the mug is cracking and we're a little disappointed, will now put the mug on display instead of being able to enjoy our coffee from the mug.

Nice mug, but not dishwasher or microwave safe, which is stated in product description as being dishwasher safe.

Very fragile
If you want this for a display piece then go ahead and buy it. If you want to use it for drinks, don’t bother.The mug is very thin walled and after two dishwasher cycles it’s cracked.Very poor quality
