It's good!
I am a bit obsessed when it comes to clay-type face masks, and even though my obsession has been focused on the Dead Sea clay masks, having used products from this company and liked the quality, I wanted to give this one a try.It seems to tout charcoal as the ingredient of importance, even though it is not one of the ingredients of the most concentrations, it seems like it might be the ingredient with the most effect.I thought the mask was runnier and water-ier than I am used to. Unlike Dead Sea masks, I didn't need to wet my face before applying, you need to apply it when your skin is dry (but clean)I kept it for about 15 minutes (they indicate 10-20 minutes) before washing it off with water, and I liked its smell, texture, less messiness after application, ease of removal, and most importantly, effect!

I like it!
I like this product more than I thought I would. I've heard some horror stories about removing clay masks, so I was a little hesitant to try it out; but I'm glad I did. Here are my takeaways:Appearance: This product comes in a cute little jar with a teeny little spatula. When I unscrewed the lid, the product looked grey and goopy. But smells nice, in a light, inoffensive kind of way.Application: Directions were easy enough to follow. Spackle it onto a clean dry face. Let dry 10-20 minutes, and then wash off. Got it. I was unsure how thick/thin to paint this stuff onto my face. Seems like it would be easy to overdo. As I was nervous about the removal process, I was careful to keep away from my hairline; no easy task on the sides of my face between hair & eyebrow. I wish this came with a little paintbrush for tight spots like this.Waiting: It's amazing how much you want to touch your face when you know you shouldn't! While the clay was damp, it felt cold in a way I found pleasant. As time went on and the product dried out, the cold sensation went away and the feeling of being made of stone took over. My dried clay face "cracked" when I smiled. Neat.Removal: This is the part I was nervous about, but unnecessarily. I splashed warm water on my face until the clay dissolved away. I feel like this a) would not be fun if it got in your eye, and b) probably would have gone a little faster for me if I had used a washcloth. It took awhile to completely remove, but it was a painless process. All good. Results: My face felt dry at first, like I'd just washed it with a bar of soap, but pretty quickly, I dunno, remoisturized? recovered? and had an evenly soft feeling. I can't say that I see any major results after a single use, but I'll definitely use it again when I've got the time.

Good first clay mask
I don't use clay masks very often. This was my first experience, so I wasn't sure what I'm looking for. I don't have blackheads. I do have very sensitive skin which I was pretty nervous about using this, but there were no adverse effects. Not much in terms of instructions but it was pretty self-explanatory. There is a little paddle, and the mask. You put the mask on your face with the paddle. Skin felt good afterwards. I'd recommend this to folks that want to try out a mask.

Smoothed skin and cleared pores!
Great packaging, minimal scent, smooth paste feel... This product applied to the face, especially problematic areas of the skin, for me my T Zone and chin/jaw line, left my skin feeling smooth, hydrated and helped clean out my pores. I washed my face with my favorite cleanser, applied a hot rag to my face for a few minutes to open up my pores, applied the mask for 15 minutes, washed off with cool water to help close my pores, used my toner and topped it all off with my favorite bedtime moisturizer. Great product for self-care time and relax!

So fresh and so clean
As soon as I put this on my skin it immediately felt like it was deep cleaning and so refreshing. Tingled a bit, but a good tingle! My skin is very sensitive and it didn't leave it burning or red so I appreciated that. After wiping it off with a cloth I felt so clean and refreshed! Looking closely at my skin I could tell it cleaned deeply. Then I put on my nightly face cream and it just felt like my face was really absorbing and drinking it all in. I think it definitely helps get my face cream deep in the pores to work even better! I seriously love this mask!

Great for treating breakouts!
This product is amazing! I was having a lot of breakouts like when I was a teenager. I still don't understand why this is happening. I've been using this clay to dry them out and go away. It's doing a very good job! No scent to speak of. Nice little spatula to help from getting germs in the clay. I definitely recommend this especially for oily skin, breakouts, and lifting bacteria from the face or anywhere needed on skins surface. Excellent product!

My skin is soooo soft!
I love this mask and so does my 13 year old granddaughter. Our skin is amazingly soft after using it and her light acne on her forehead cleared up over night after the first time using it! Great product! It comes with a little spatula to apply it with, but it was clumsy! We just used our fingers and it was simple! It stays moist while on your face, it’s not one that hardens or peels. Love it! I’m back on here to buy more!

Worth the purchase
Nice mask, may require a few applications to get the correct consistency/layering when applying. Also the provided spatula is way to small so you need to buy a larger silicone brush, other than that, it left my skin feeling pretty smooth. I would recommend to a friend
