Q: Are these gold plated or real 10k gold?

I never had them tested for gold content but it would surprise me if they were real gold. I suspect they are gold plated.

Q: do these come with screw backs?

They come with butterfly backs.

Q: Ordered based on "mined gemstones". but then it says "color: created-sapphire" so mined or fake? also "stamped 10k to ensure authenticity" or plated?

Some gemstones can be heated for the purpose of making it a different color. I suspect that the stone in question had it’s color manipulated by heat.

Q: How noticeably green is the green amethyst?

Very very pale green. Almost just a hint of lime color. Hope that helos.
