I enjoy baking pies and was wanting a pie keeper. I reviewed several pie keepers and decided on this one. My metal pie pans are 9 inches and a pie fits well in this keeper. I can set my pie in the keeper and there is just enough room for me to get my fingers between the pie container and pie pan to get it out. But, then again, I have small hands. I like that the pie keeper is tall enough for pies with meringue. That was the one thing I wanted when I was researching pie keepers and another reason I picked this one. The bottom clear part is a thicker plastic. I have to say the lid is more flimsy but, it does seal good. I like that I can also use it as a cookie container. I am very happy with my purchase and would buy it again. A great product for the price.

I bought this item to store pie crust shields in one place. I have both metal and silicon shields in various sizes (2-4 each from 5” to 10”). It’s a great way to keep them all together.My only complaint is that the 10” shields will not fit. It would be wonderful if the container was available in a 12” diameter.

I've had this a few years. It's decent, but it's a bit flimsy, and the inside dimension at the bottom of the container is just under 10". So don't expect your 10" cheesecake pan to fit. Of course it's fine for 9" and smaller. I also find it a bit taller than I need it too, but that may work out well for some.

I bought 2 of these for thr purpose of storing 2 dozen cupcakes in my freezer for my "cupcake a day" routine. They work perfectly and stack on top of each other, giving me more space for other things in my freezer! My only complaint is that the lids don't seal as tight as tupperware, but this is easily remedied by inserting a layer of plastic wrap under the lid, which I usually do anyway. Love the purple and green colored lids too! Glad I bought these!

Save your time and money. The top and bottom will not stay together nor will after the cake is placed in the bottom plate will you be able to transport the cake to the party. I ended up adding cardboard to the bottom to keep it flat.

I bought this because I struggle with storing pie during the holidays. The more I use it, the better I like it. You can see through the bottom clearly, the top is quite flexible, and the container as a whole is sturdy without being rigid. It is nice and deep (about two pumpkin pies depth), and the width fits a standard pyrex pie dish exactly. I ordered a purple top, and I love it. My husband has sent it through the dishwasher now a few times, and it is still good as new; no clouding, staining, or other issues. I would recommend this.

Got this for a non-food related application but it is a nice container, solidly built and not flimsy. Should work well for my and the usual intended applications also!

Pour conserver un pâté ou une tarte entamés. Avant, j’utilisais du Saran Wrap et la croûte de tarte se cassait dans le frigo.On peut y conserver aussi des sandwichs ou des cup cakes.

Why did I not buy one of these before? After I make a pie or cake in a round dish I always struggle to store it. Now I just pop the pie plate in the container, put the lid on and voilà my dessert will keep fresh for much longer.
