General:I received a defective diffuser for Christmas, couldn't exchange it, so got a refund and purchased this in its place. If you want a diffuser, this one works as advertised (and, I imagine, as well or better than others).PRO:Design - It's beautiful (if you like a contemporary design).Operation - Easy buttons and inductor lights for operation.Diffusing - It seems to put out a very nice amount of vapor (my photo shows it on the default setting, not the low setting).Ambience - The lights rotate through the colors of the spectrum (or you can choose a single color out of 7) and creating a nice ambience. You can dim it (or turn it off, too).CON:Residue - I have given this item 5 stars because it does what it does with excellence. HOWEVER, I suspect the oily residue that you see on my third photo is common to all diffusers (so, I have not "dinged" this manufacturer). That doesn't wipe off simply--it's oily and requires something to remove an oily substance. Searching on the internet shows this is a slight problem. It states to NOT locate the diffuser near mirrors, windows, or walls. That doesn't leave many pleasing locations for a corded item.Conclusion:SO, if you don't mind what is happening with "spraying oil" into your home's air, I highly recommend this product.I use Amazon reviews extensively to make decisions on my purchases. It follows that I should honestly review items that I have liked (or not liked) so as to benefit other Amazon customers (as I would have them do for me). LLBB

I was pleasantly surprised by this diffuser. I have been so disappointed with the last three I purchased that I was sure this one wouldn’t be any better. Boy was I wrong! Not only is it bigger than I had imagined but it works great too. Smells up my whole living room!! Actually, it works well in all rooms of my house. I will definitely be buying more. My only complaint is that it’s really easy for the top to come off. It doesn’t seem to lock in place so if you don’t pick it up from the bottom you may be cleaning up lots of spills! If I’m doing something wrong, please let me know. Otherwise, great product 👍🏾

Have had the smaller devices at a fraction of the size. I feel those diffuse the scent very well with less oil. This definitely takes more, but you can fill it up less. People complain about how many drops you need, but it DOES state that you will need 30-40 drops to properly fill the container and have it diffuse well. It can run about 11 hours at full.The subtle lighting is very nice and relaxing, with a nice sleek and modern look to it.There are two tubes it comes with...but I cannot find out what they are used for and the instructions don't make sense to it, and that is bothersome to me. It seems that has been the only "real" issue I've seen with this device. I think it disperses the oil somehow?It has a timer so you can set it for less hours I think 2 hours 6 hours 8 hours and if you don't set it for one of those three options than it will run for an entire 12 hours. You can also adjust the mist between low or high.

UPDATE - RECEIVED A REPLACEMENT FOR THIS NO QUESTIONS ASKED. SEVERAL WEEKS OF DAILY USE SO FAR IT IS WORKING PERFECTLY. TIP: FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT ENJOY OVERPOWERING FRAGRANCE, USE 6 DROPS OF ESSENTIAL OIL RATHER THAN THE SUGGESTED 30+ TO FILL THE GLASS TUBE.I am so disappointed with this diffuser. Hopefully, I just received a lemon? Still not happy about the fact I need to return it. All in all, it is a really nice looking easy setup diffuser. Would be nicer if it actually worked. Will update when I receive a replacement. Giving this a 1-star overall rating.

I really like this diffuser... stylish and works well for a really long time (up to 8hours). I had some issues with it initially though. At first it wouldn’t turn on and the light just kept blinking., but then suddenly out of nowhere it worked again.Then I encountered another issue...after every use I had to disconnect the cord and reconnect to start it. With both issues I contacted support and they assured me there was a one year warranty, which I eventually took advantage of. Support asked for an image and instead I sent them a video instead. They immediately responded telling me not to worry and that they would send me a replacement without the inconvenience of my having to return the item. I received the new diffuser a few days later and it works great! I will add a video of it soon a video of it soon.

Product works great. I replaced the plastic oil tube with the included glass tube (not sure which would work best but it worked well for me). I was confused at first because it said to add water and then fill the oil tube to the line but when you fill it with water you'll find that the oil tube is already filled to the line with water. But as you put oil in the tube you'll see that the oil pushes the water down rather than overflowing the tube (physics, I guess) and that eventually you'll have a tube full of oil submerged in the water as instructed!The included instructions help with figuring out what combination of buttons to use. for your set up. I have a small clinical office and even still my last oil diffuser never seemed to put out enough mist and oil to actually make the office smell nice. This diffuser works excellently. The mist is strong and visible on the high setting but it's still very quiet. It creates a nice smell and I may even need to do the light setting for long periods of time, I have a feeling this could be used for a very large room.All in all, I'm very impressed and pleased. It looks great, it works great, it smells great.

Great product! Quality looks good, very quiet and works well even for long hours. Thinking of buying more units for other rooms in the house. 🙂

Looks great, very quiet and easy to clean!

I bought this as a gift for a friend. Unfortunately, my friend received a diffuser, different brand for her birthday. Lucky me! I am now using the diffuser in my bedroom and love it. I am using it without adding essential oils. The oils are on their way. Never knew I needed one. Downside is, I have to buy my friend another gift. Upside is, my diffuser is better than hers.
