SUPACAZ Star Fade OILSLICK

This wrap was easy to apply. The quality is good for the price point. I love the transition in the design. It took me a few times wrapping the bars to get the transition to be at the lever. The bar tape and end cap that is included is also nice.

This is nice tape, but as others have said it is relatively short and doesn’t have the oil slick patter just the stars that flicker with different colors - subtle though. The finishing tape is stretchy but delicate, can twist easily and then is useless. Expensive relative to others. Will see If it is better. I did appreciate the bar end pieces that tighten to fit your bar end diameter.

Beautiful tape...

The tape itself is fine, it looks good. Not any grippier than others. My wife really likes how it looks...but it's almost a full 2ft shorter than the Canyon OEM tape I removed. Had to move some of the tape on the shift outers because it was no longer under the bar tape. This is on relatively compact, although not overly arrow bars. I'll keep it on as I don't spend a lot of time on the tops and am fairly far toward the outside when I do, but wouldn't take it if I was a climber

Take a look at the photos. This tape does not match what is in the images. It’s a hard cut over to the shiny oil slick color, not black like you’ll see in these pics. If you Google “Supacaz Oil Slick Star Fade” you’ll see there’s two different looking tapes but apparently sharing the same name.

I had been curious about Supacaz Super Sticky Kush bar tape for some time now. It's apparently a popular choice amongst the pros, and there's quite a bit of hype around it in the cycling community. I'd have to say that it immediately lives up to the hype.Right out of the box, the rolls had a premium look and feel, were labelled right and left, and came with metal bar plugs. Application felt easier than most other tapes I've wrapped, which I might attribute to the tape's lack of elasticity. That being said, the tape felt really strong in hand and I'm expecting it to last me quite a while. I'd also like to point out that the finishing tape was very high quality, very pliable and tacky unlike the finishing tape I had gotten with other brands. I didn't even need to use electrical tape!The final product felt really nice. The tape provided fantastic grip, even with wet conditions (my hands were extremely sweaty during my test ride, and had typically slipped on other tapes in the same conditions). The shock absorption was also noteworthy (I double wrapped it with some Cinelli cork tape as the base layer for extra cushion, but the tape was pretty thick on it's own). Lastly, I gotta say this tape looks sweet in person, the pictures can't do it justice.One thing I'd like to point out is that the graphics and side specifics were designed with drop bars in mind. As can be seen in the photos, the graphics didn't get as clean of a fade effect on the bullhorns. Reversing the left and right sides may have produced a better looking result. I'll have to try it the next time around.Overall, I'd say this tape is a high quality product with excellent value ($40 on Amazon and free shipping with Prime vs. $45 on Supacaz and $10 shipping on orders under $65). I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in some awesome bar tape.

My picture talk for meI spend 4000jpy on a product with a simple Black color!the product don't have Oilslick color !also the seller told me is because the lighting is different, but my pattern is also different so it's not a lighting problem!

なにこれ？？？？？？理解できない鮮やかなブルーに惹かれてツートンカラーを買ったブルーとか全くないただの黒に模様商品型番箱は同じ中身は別物詐欺？返品かなその後………二枚目返品して新しいのが来ましたがまた色違い！！！！！何度繰り返すのでしょうお高いバーテープなのでまた返品します。箱の上からでもエンドキャップやバーテープの色わかるけど見てないんですか？３度目はどーなるのでしょう？？？またレビュー追加します。ひどすぎる3度目到着しました。写真を取る気もなくなりました。同じ真っ黒ツートンカラーではないです…こんな販売許されます？箱も潰れて届きました。楽天ショップでツートンカラーを確認して丁寧な返事を頂き楽天にて買うことになりました。配送面でも管理面でもアマゾンは荒廃してます。雑すぎます。

他の購入者さんも同様のものが届いてるみたいですが、写真のような綺麗な青色が一切ない黒色のバーテープが届きました。お忙しいと思いますが中身もしっかり確認してから発送してください。結果的に二度手間で仕事が増えます。返品しますので正しいものを配送してください。2個目届きました。全く同じのが来ました。しかも箱も潰れて状態が悪いのが届きました。最低です。もう返品して別のところで買いますさようなら。
