The Magic Trap by Jacqueline Davis
The book Magic Trap is one of the best books I have ever read, it is really amazing and it talks about how brave and fearless some people may be but that does not mean that they can be able to run a family. It also talks about how you always have to think positive and never give up. Also family comes first and that is the most important lesson you can ever learn. You have to be brave and be calm and don't forget you can do it.

A Touching Story
When Jessie and Evan get a surprise from a special visitor, it's like getting a new pet. Or being at summer camp, it's like a new habitat or new place. You can't come running home when ever you want. Jessie and Evan's dad is cool, but can also break a few rules. Such as taking stuff from their Mom's office, taking down the railing off their porch, and cutting a hole in the floor boards of their porch. But when Annabelle (the storm) is coming, they will have to break a few rules. Jessie and Evan need each other to survive storms, troubles, and life. Magic is the needle of the thread, it leads Evan and Jessie across the fabric of life. I hope Evan and Jessie take me on more adventures throughout their lives in the Lemonade War Series!!!

... book in a series of 5 - I would recommend reading them in order
This is currently the last book in a series of 5 - I would recommend reading them in order, although not necessary. I read these books to my 9 year old at bedtime and we both enjoy them. Main characters are a brother and sister and stories deal with various relationships and challenges with family dynamics. A fun easy read. Again, I would start with the first book, the Lemonade War, and if that hooks you, the rest of the series is equallu good and even better as is goes on. I only wish this wasn't the last book.

Best book ever
I love this book because it has lots of drama like when there father leave they have to survive the storm by them self.also it is some what sad because at the end the mom comes home and is very proud of them and they end up finding professor Hoffman. Those are some reasons why I give this book 5 stares and an A+:)

this book was… fine.
This book is nice, but i'm upset we never see who has a crush on jessie ( even though i have a pretty good idea ) but still, i'm mad about that but it is a great book. Also kids, if your stuck in a category 1 hirricane with no adult (if your parent does that you probably call the police or something) the just get help, don't be stupid like evan and jessie were being. and another thing, if your mom or dad tells you to do something that you know you shouldn't do, i say just don' t do it. ( like taking down the porch and taking a rug from the office! ) and don't get a pet without BOTH your parents perrmission. so yeah, good book some horrible ideas. bye bye.

This may be the best in the series yet.
I'm a big fan of this series for my 8 year old son. The author does a great job of bringing the characters to life in an authentic and entertaining way. Of the five books, this one and the first are my favorite, but they are all good. I like how the author manages to teach something in each book (math in the first, then the judicial system, poetry, magic) without it being jarring to the story. Each book also does an excellent job at exploring emotional reactions to common childhood situations.
