Chuck works well and holds drill bit tight
I purchased this Rigid drill to replace my aged Dewalt because of the warranty.

Very good drill, no complaints, solid, dependable. As you've probably read in other postings it is a little heavier than most drills this size. No plastic internal parts.

Very nice 3/8" drill
Love this drill. Comparable to DeWalt/Milwaukee/Craftsman etc. Easy to use, compact and light weight. Buyer beware. Amazon is not an authorized reseller of Rigid Tools. You will not be able to activate the lifetime warranty. If warranty is important to you, pay a few dollars more and buy at Home Depot.

Very nice heavy duty drill, I have use it for an assortment of tasks in the Plumbing field. It can holesaws up to 3" holes through beams and floor. Decent weight and very well designed. Big thumbs up to Ridgid and CPO Outlets for lightning shipping speed..

This product is represented as having a lifetime warranty contract available
I tried to register my Rigid 3/8 drill product with Rigid and was told that since All About Toys is not an authorized dealer, the lifetime warranty will not be allowed. The detail in the specifications for this product on the Amazon site indicates it is available. This represents product deception/fraud.
