Look I’m a fair person. We loved all that extra added benefits (flashlight, poo bag clip, poop bag dispenser etc...). Felt like the 007 of dog leashes LOL… However Long story short broke in the third week :(. Saddened. I liked it but I LOVE the ones that DONT break even more👍 Ramp up the durability and you guys will OWN the market. Best of luck. I really wanted to LOVE YOUR PRODUCT!

I picked this us on Wednesday. By Friday the leash started fraying. By Sunday it was broken. My dog did not chew it -- it broke about ten feet from the dog clip. My dog, 25 lbs., did not pull on it. We got maybe 3 miles of walking on it before it broke. The claim of 360 degree flexibility is a lie -- it doesn't even go 45 degrees, it was in fact the angle that caused the fraying and breakage. The claim of sturdy fishing line reinforcement is a lie -- it broke within days! This is one of the most expensive retractable leashes on the market, with lots of great features. But they are a lie -- not that they were showstoppers, but the flashlight did not clip right and the clip frequently unclipped itself at random, and the thing weighs a ton, but all the weight is in the handle, where it's not needed. Heavy duty doesn't necessarily mean heavy, it's the duty part that counts, and this one failed almost immediately.

The leash is so sturdy and has quite a weight to it. Love that there is attached a flashlight (not only do they provide one, but they give you TWO!) to this leash. Flashlight is super bright and is great for our night walks. Only down size is you have to change the battery quite a bit. I’ve had it for a few months and has to change the battery twice so that’s the downside. Besides that, I really enjoy using this leash. Very sturdy, and long pull for my pup. Would recommend and buy again if needed.

WOWINCREDIBLY SUPER STURDY, withstood the ultimate BANG AROUND, after one dark night my new 10 month old sprinting Whippet pup was startled my me accidently dropping This ever so sturdy Happy and Polly Rectractable leash to the asphalt ground.Instantly she darted out down the road about 4-5 blocks down with it still attached to her chasing as she ran while bounced & dragged about thru the entire speedy run.I was afraid it for my new pup, and when I saw her on Porch well, I examined the Rectractable leash discovering no cracks, very minor scuffs & intact with it's service.Highly recommended,

It’s good while it lasts.I was actually coming on this week to write a review because I like to give a product a couple of good month’s worth of usage before reviewing. I gave this leash 3 stars because it is very attractive, the flashlight and bags with the holder are excellent features, and It worked well. The 2 missing stars were for durability. I have an 85 lb German Shepherd and afternoon two months of almost daily usage the leash broke. The handle broke clean off during a walk! I will look for a more durable leash next time. Please keep in mind that this is a very good product. It just cannot stand up to bigger dogs.

I LOVE this leash. It is so well designed... they thought of everything! Fits comfortably in my girly hands, but my 200+ lb hubby loves it too! My favorite features include the flashlight (very bright!), the bungee section to prevent injury to the pup, and the hook to put the bag after you’ve picked up after your dog! The dog bag holder was nice too, but I stuck with my old one because I’m used to it and it is a soft sided quiet style.One of my dogs just had back surgery for a herniated disc and the day his back got much worse he ran out the front door and came to an abrupt stop at the end of his leash (not this one). After that day he was almost unable to walk until he had his surgery. The thoughtfulness of this leash to have the small bungee section is one of my favorite features and I believe will help in the future from potential back injuries. Additionally, when I walk two dogs, it is so hard to also hold a flashlight. That’s why I love that it is built in. And I’ve always added a baggie holder to my leashes but this company has thought of everything!! I don’t need to add my bulky holder because it’s built in to this sleek leash and looks stylish without extra junk hanging off.

Had a stitching issue on lead with first one but seller was great with fast replacement. In general, i really like this product. Functionality is great with flashlight for spotting poop in dark and bag dispenser is a nice option. Bag dispenser wire clasp doesnt work the best and allows dispenser to come off, watch for that. At roughly half the cost of big store product with great features, this product is a solid buy.

Bought this for a gift for my mother. As she’s getting older she needs things to make her life easier and this product did just that. The leash it’s very well-made and the flashlight attached is wonderful. She has quite the few people asking where she received it or bought it. So much so that she’s had a bunch of people at her condo buy them. You can never be to safe these days. This NY girl totally recommends this retractable leash with flashlight!!!!!!!! I bought it for one of my wife’s dog we already have one lead the same which my other dogs loves . My wife 11month the old whippet buzz loves his new lead to . It’s strong , sturdy and my dogs love it . We’ve not used the torch . We highly recommend this for all dogs small or large .it’s very strong so if they pull like mine do we have assurance it won’t snap
