Trowel Handle
Nice handle/ boil in water for a few minutes, slides on nice , just like the original

Put on my Rose trowel
I know my old Rose trowel is wore out but I just can’t get rid of it, I like the feel. Put this new handle on it and will continue to use it. I put my handle in boiling water for a long time and then put some glue on the shank end and pushed the handle all the way on while the handle was super hot. My handle was blue and had a good feel . Remember to wear a oven mitt because the handle will be super hot coming out of that boiling water .

Marshalltown
If you’re gonna put it on a marshalltown, you definitely gotta boil it to soften it up. Also I would cut 1/4” - 1/2” off the tang beforehand, since it won’t make it quite far enough on.
