I love these. I like really small bone studs (heh) to keep my hole occupied (heh). I don't like the super long ones (heh) because they hurt when I blow my nose. But I don't want a ring (I think they're very pretty, but it's just not my look). This is low-profile, very subtle, and probably hardly noticeable unless you know I have my nose pierced. It is not flashy; just the silver (steel) ball which is exactly what I want. It doesn't fall out, but of course it is easy enough to pull out like if you scratch your nose or have a really weird dream or something--but that's why I bought a multi-pack lol.

I bend the flat pin and hook it into my nose. The tiny gauge sits almost flush without going through. Subtlety, less is more, like a Sterling silver birthmark, couldn't have a dermal plug this natural. Cheap. Easy... looks fresh on a man.

The quality is good and it's easy to use. It doesn't fall out easily, it's comfortable to have on as well.

I move a lot while sleeping so decided to buy multiple studs but was initially unsure about how these would fit. When first opening the package I was concerned they would be too small but they actually fit perfectly!I’m showering and sleeping with it on and so far so good. I’ve noticed it popping out a few times but have caught it in time.

They fall out super easy! However, at this price, it's no big deal when I lose them! Both of my nostrils are pierced, so I've probably gone through 10 packs of these in the past 8 years. I keep a pack at home, a pack at the office and a pack in my suitcase so I always have a quick replacement when one is lost.
