Ab Coaster PS500 - Original Ab Coaster, Ultimate Core Workout, 6 Pack Exercise Machine For Home

I replaced my old Ab Coaster Pro with the Ab Coaster PS500. They are essentially the same model. The equipment, once assembled, is the best abdominal workout that can be had. The machine is built well and will last a lifetime. The only difference in the new model is that they have replaced the locking adjustable knee pad with a knee pad that has no locking feature. It is free moving now. That probably saved in production cost because there are fewer parts now.The only severe downside is the shipping condition. The package arrived literally in shreds. There were open holes in the packaging and parts were rolling around loose inside. A couple of nuts and bolts were missing. I managed to find the unusual metric sizes at the local Lowes and proceeded with assembly. When I called the customer service representative for the Abs Company to report the delivery condition together with photos of the package, she told me that they would normally recommend to the customer to try to find the hardware at a local hardware store because that is quicker than waiting for a second delivery. But they were willing to send replacement parts if needed. I have dealt with their customer service representative before, and she has been very helpful.The shipper was UPS and there is absolutely no excuse that any package should be delivered like that. But I got lucky and didn't loose anything essential.

First, the seller communicated very well when I inquired about the product. The seller promised to stand behind their product. The shipping box was solid, and well preserved during rapid UPS delivery. Assembly was not difficult, but it takes some time. The machine allows for significant abdominal workout without unduly hurting your back. The machine itself works fine. I do not think the device works so well for someone over 6ft tall. If you look at the photo you can see that it is appropriate for people of certain sizes. It is not expandable in that regard. Overall, I like the device because I can work out my mid-abdominals and the side abdominals quite well without undue pressure on my back.

I bought my first Ab Coaster PS500 back in 2008 and since then have done about 1,200,000 (yes 1.2 million)reps on it, This first machine still works perfectly with 20 pounds of weight added to the resistance, nothing is wrong with it, it still looks new, except some paint that has been worn off the track over the extremely heavy usage. Better than that, when I do use it, my abs are 6 packs, when I don't, it disappears.... Extremely high quality to last so long and it is very effective!!! Really like this product and the manufacturer should receive an award on its high quality and effectiveness.

Not only did this product come damaged, there was missing pieces. However my husband is an engineer and was able to buy parts to make it work. I bought the warranty plan that was advertised with this for 20$ just in case. well now it won’t count my reputations. Item was supposed to come with batteries and did not. Once I got a battery, I discovered it didn’t work. Thats when I realized the mechanism that counts the repetitions was broken. I tried to file a claim. and I’m not covered.

Bought this as warehouse deal (damaged packaging, reboxed). They just put the original box inside a new box which would be fine if they actually checked it first... Mounting flange on frame for handles was bent badly, 2 bolts, 2 washers and 2 lock washers were missing. A few were just loose in the huge box. Frame was scuffed up significantly also. Not real impressed but I was able to bend flange back and find some hardware to make it work rather then repack and ship back.Unit works pretty well as expected but to do it again I would spend more to get the commercial version instead. Feels like a cheap piece of equipment and I'm picky about quality.

There's no cheating on this machine - it will give you serious rock hard abs, but without hurting your back or neck in the process. It's just the best machine. It's a royal pain to assemble though, and it's hard to keep the weights from falling off.

Not big into writing reviews. If I like it I would rather just do the stars and be done. I think this is a good product. End of story.

THE BEST AB WORKOUT I HAVE EVER HAD. EASY TO USE TAKES JUST A FEW MINUTES TO DO 3 SETS OF 30. I HAVE NEVER FELT THIS STRONG IN MY CORE.

I just want to say a Massive Thank you!!! My Abs Coaster arrived way before thee delivery date especially during the Covid lockdown!!!I’m very happy with my choice the kids also enjoy it..... you can feel it working and there is no strain on your neck that you would experience from normal sit ups.
