Excellent generator for its size and good customer service answering questions too
This is a great inverter generator for the money and seems to be pretty close on the 1,800W usable output as well since I am at about 5,000+ feet and am seeing 1,600W before starting to see voltage sag.Lightweight, sips fuel, easy starting and works well. It was able to run the rooftop A/C on a camper I tested it with as well.I did end up jetting it for best performance using jet #60: 99101-124-0600 for 5,000 feet plus and would do #62 if running lower around 3,000-5,000 feet regularly and that would be: 99101-124-0620. The stock jet is a #64 and is a pretty quick and easy change to keep things optimized as well.Overall very happy with this generator and hope to be using it for years to come.

Worth more than the price for what you get!!!!!
Awesome customer service and quiet as heck! generator started up first pull and is surprisingly quiet. Even under load only rev’d up a few decibels. Nice clean power. Even on eco mode it was even quieter.. how I don’t know. This is a steal compared to other generators and compared to the Honda... it’s nice! Light also. Surprisingly small for what it does. Overall clean design, quality built, quite and light!
