VIVOSUN 6" Inline Fan, Carbon Filter& 16ft Duct, Circulate air, Reduce Odor

I bought 2 of these kits since I caught one on sale. I do not regret buying either kit. The fan instantly helped me keep my temps and humidity in check in a small room and a 5x5 tent. Even on low the exhaust fan sucks in the walls of my tent (I need to add an inlet fan to fix this). The carbon filter does a great job at keeping the smell down in both the room and the tent. There is literally no smell at all on the other side of the door or tent. The only 2 things I could complain a little about is that the fan is a little loud and they should have included a 3rd hose clamp in the kit. Even on low, there is no way someone is going to walk in a room with your tent and exhaust running and not wonder what the noise is. Overall this is a great kit and well worth the money. Don't expect it to be whisper quiet and pickup an extra 6" hose clamp before you try to install it and I think you'll be very happy with this kit.

Yeah, buy this but be warned - make sure you are getting the right size for your grow space. This thing will suck the sides of a grow tent in on its lowest setting despite every possible vent being open. It was both awesome and disappointing when I realized my mistake. It will definitely take the heat and humidity out of anything less than a 5x5 (I assume). The product packaging and the rest of the blah blah was spot on. I will be buying a 190 CFM model and repurpose this 390 CFM.

I use this fan for my 4x8 tent to keep my humidity at around 60% in veg. Fan goes on and off through out the day. The 4x8 tent get negative pressure on the lowest setting with one 4 inch port open on the bottom of the tent to bring in air. I left off 1 star and gave it a 2 for the noise level. Its very load to me and I wanted to send it back but decided not too. Maybe its so load because I have it on the left side of the tent going out the top side and I can see the fan from the outside of the tent exhaust port. Maybe I need to move it to the center of the room and add a bend to the ducting to lower the noise. Still a great fan and worth the money it moves a lot of air. I will add a update when I change the fan position in the room.

I bought this 10 months ago. I breed rats for the reptile industry. As you can imagine, they put off a large amount of ammonia in a small building. For 10 months it's been running great and my building has zero ammonia smell. I have to clean the cloth pre filter weekly as there is a lot of dust in my building. But I love this product and have zero complaints!

For the price, you cannot go wrong. I installed this in my basement grow tent which was making my entire house smell. 10 minutes of operation and there is literally no smell. The air coming from the tent smells pure, not a trace of anything at all. The rest of the house even smells better, as I live in an older house with musty basement. (I use hepa/carbon filters on my tent air intakes). The fan creates negative pressure so all air coming out of the tent is going through the filter. My tent is an 8x4, and the walls are sucked in, even at 3/4 speed. You will not regret this purchase.

So far so good. Great power at a low noise level. Appears to be built well and of high quality. Not sure yet how well the carbon filter works. Will update review if carbon filter sucks

They work great

I purchased this whole kit in 2021 and 3 years later on the same filter it still performs perfect. Controls smelliness well, I regularly hand wash the prefilter and turn off the fan when opening my enclosed tent(So no sucking dust inside) I will be replacing the carbon filter soon.... it's probably time. 2 green thumbs up!

Amazing bang for your buck

ES UN PRODUCTO QUE CUMPLE CON SU OBJETIVO, LO HE COMPRADO DOS VECES Y SEGURO LO COMPRARIA OTRA VEZ.

This carbon filter works great! The fan combined with this filter, has completely removed any smell i had from my grow. I've only been using it for a couple months, but so far very impressed!
