I opened this jacket tonight and wore it out to walk the dog and it’s perfect I really like that the pack comes about half charged so I didn’t even have to charge first. It says it take 5 mins to heat up but I don’t think it even took that long. It was very light and also really wind proof I didn’t even feel the 25 mph winds. I say fits as expected but I did size up like every said and it fits perfect (I got a 4 xl and I feel like it’s between a two and 3 xl. Overall this jacket is fantastic!

My daughter is a Florida girl 100% she moved to WVU for college and the winters are brutal, we bought her this jacket and she says it saved her life. Keeps her cozy and warm when she has to get across campus between classes! It’s a win win!

Got for husband. We live in colorado in mtns And He Works all night long outside. I got him jacket and socks hes never cold anymore and charge lasrs his whole shift of 10 hours in winter in mountains...

IT is a little bit big but i expected that. With things made else where you have to order big to make sure it fits

It was exactly as described. They are perfect for those cold days outside while watching kids outside sports. The size was perfect, easy to charge and use.

I bought this a couple of months ago maybe less but it fits small then expected and it heats your neck back and a little on the breast part the material is cheap or thin pockets are ripping if it rains water goes straight through the jacket leaving u wet it’s a great concept not executed good. I wear xl comfortable in shirts and XL in most jackets I bought a 2x and it fits snugged. Not what I was expecting looking into a different brand at this point

Update: terrible communication from company. Ordered a replacement and was sent 7.4 volt unit with only 5000mah battery. Completely disorganized and unhelpful. Only answer emails once a day at midnight - clearly they are somewhere in China and not Colorado like they claim. Also their phone number in Colorado is disconnected.Such a waste of time and effort.Fit for this item is ridiculously small. Ordered an XL however this is more like a Medium in North America. Pointless Black Friday "deal" arrived late and now replacement is refused at the price we paid. Extremely disappointed should have gone to Costco. Customer service is definitely slipping.

Fraying has started not long after I received the jacket, pocket zippers also sometimes gets stuck and jammed which makes it really frustrating to have to unjam it every so often.On the plus side, jacket gets nice and toasty inside!

It was a gift for my Mom who’s always cold. She was so excited by how light weight it was and how warm she felt before even turning it on. She’s not someone who uses any sort of tech so this was very new to her and she figured it out easily and is super happy about it as am I!

It arrived quickly. Impressed with the quality, checked all zippers, and all good, and tested the battery, it works, my son has not worn it as yet but is pleased so far.
