The loose-leaf column sheets are terrific! I am currently using BookFactory’s wire-bound column books with great satisfaction but was looking to transition to an alternate organization setting and these loose sheets exceeded my expectations. The paper quality is excellent, thicker and smoother than your traditional “green columnar” paper, plus the loose sheets allow me to add pages as needed. I’ve had no issues with ink bleeding through or page tearing, even with daily use.I highly recommend this product and the company. Consistent quality, a wide variety of formats to select from and exceptional bang for your buck!

Just what I needed, and at a fair price. Monitoring my spending/budget is easier now. It is simple, plain, and functional. It lays flat so you don't have to hold it open like a book. All of the columns are blank so you can fill them in however you want. Mine has categories for each column, but you could have each column be a month or year, or each family member could have a column. The boxes for dollar amounts are pretty small, but I view that as "space efficient". You don't have to use a magnifying glass to read what you entered, but you do have to be neat. Big and/or messy writing would be a problem. The plastic cover protectors are super. When this ledger is full I WILL buy another one.

I bought this for my mom who does her bookkeeping in 8 column workbooks. This has a solid feel to it and the flexible plastic cover makes it easier than a solid cover to handle it.

I like the spacing of the lines and columns. I usually make my own Treasurer's ledger sheets for our organization. This is so much clearer and neater.

Used for a personal banking ledger, this three column ledger spiral bound book is adequate but a slightly bolder vertical line between the hundreds and thousands of dollars columns would make it so much easier to identify where to start the entries. I wanted this ledger because it has 40 entry rows. The smaller, hard back ledgers have fewer rows I separate each month’s entries, so I wind up using one whole page and the top 5-6 rows of a second page in the smaller ledgers. The extra few rows on each page allow me to use one page for most month’s entries.

I used a traditional columnar book with the green pages and five columns for years to manage our budget. When it ran out, I wanted to replace it with a book that had white pages (to brighten things up) and was spiral bound. This book was perfect! I was concerned about having six columns versus five because I thought it might make the columns too narrow, but it has not been an issue. This book is fantastic, great quality and appears very durable. I would buy it over and over again. Highly recommend.

I have been using the typical 13 column ledgers for years, and the binding becomes tattered. This one is spiral bound and has 16 columns, one for deposits, one for withdrawals, one for reserve, one for each of the 12 months, and one for the balance. I use it to put money aside so that I have money ready to pay bills that are due once or twice a year-such as property tax and 🚘 insurance. With this nice new feature of being a 🗒️ I now have a history of expenditures for reference.
