From the first moment I smelled this on my skin I knew I would be buying a bottle. Scents are such a personal thing but I've not met anyone that hasn't liked this. It is very different from anything I have worn before but feel as though it just smells right. I'm not one who is able to pick out and name all the notes in a complex parfum like this. However the sweet and leathery aspects show through clearly and I find very addictive. Certainly a more exclusive scent compared to the major brands that most people purchase based on the name. Etat Libre d`Orange has certainly found a fan in me.

My favourite scent of all time. It is long lasting and smells of leather with a hint of orange. Not cheap, but great as a signature scent and worth every penny.

Really love the richness of this complex fragrance. I know that it comes with a long description about "top notes of aldehydes and lemon," "suede, musk, and gray amber in the base notes," and "pepper and spicy-fresh saffron, tangled with a blond suede sensuality on a vanilla bed of tonka bean and iris," but this is a really, really different fragrance. No one wears anything like it. My friends call it my "powder-incense" cologne. Full and complicated. And as an eau de parfum, it lasts and lasts. Great price, too.

My friends say that this fragrance smells very clean when I spray it on me before going out. It smells spicy to me as well as clean like fresh linen. There seems to be subtle hints of pine, cinnamon, and sandalwood. It is very potent so when I spray it on my clothes, I spray once and walk into it.

This is my 2nd favorite scent from Etat Libre d’Orange! My fave is Fat Electrician.This has a great balance and just enough leather to make it a little dirty.
