Didnt like that we had to have a another app to control this stick. Liked that it has a long reach. Very sturdy and stable. Controls worked with our phones.

Overall, I've had no issues with this device, however the manual is poorly written. Functionality has been good on a week long vacation, however.

All other features are on except the zoom in out. Zoom function is not working in mine but in the specification it is there.

Unfortunately, zoom feature doesn't work :(, I use iphone 5s + iOS 8.1

Super awesome selfie stick! I love the fact that you are able to charge via usb vs batteries. It's saves tons of time and money on batteries, which to me is a benefit in itself!!The grip that holds the phone is very stable and secure which almost guarantees a quality picture every time!! Love it and use it more than I thought I would when presented with the opportunity to try it for free or drastically reduced price in exchange for my honest opinion.I have enjoyed the selfie stick and am impressed with the quality and accuracy!A+

This selfie stick is really great! Unlike many other selfie sticks it has multiple buttons that allow you to change from the front to back camera, zoom in/out and change to video all from the handle of the selfi stick. It is Bluetooth as well so there's nothing to stop and plug into the phone - you just put tyour phone in the clamp and start taking pictures. The clamp is easy to use and has a very secure hold on your phone. There is a USB charging cable that comes with this selfie stick. You unscrew the bottom of the handle to find the charger port. It also comes with a little bag to keep it he selfie stick in. I received this selfie stick free for agreeing to give you my honest opinion, which is I really like it and am having fun using it!

Will not hold charge or power on. Disappointing because it did hold my LG Stylo very well with the case (approx. 3.3" wide). It has a v-groove in extension to prevent it from spinning and for a bluetooth selfie stick with all the functionality that it supposedly has (wouldn't know since it doesn't work) it is fairly compact. Will be returning since replacement was not an option and don't know if will re-order the same product again or I might go with a non bluetooth model and avoid another defective bluetooth device.
