This gets a 1Star rating, reason being read my review below.
I cannot understand why, I live in Malta and purchased this item from Amazon D, we have no problem in communicating as now Amazon D communicate in English, However why do I receive instructions in French, is it possible that whoever arranged to send this to me, knowing I am communicating in English. What I require in order to enjoy and understand this telephone is please send me an Instruction book in English. Thank You.

This company is not reputable.
Its in French. That does me no good, but the company will not send me a prepaid label to send it back.
