I'm officially AMAZED!!!
Seriously, I'm so amazed that right that I had to drop everything, take a photo and write this experience down. This absolutely gets 5 stars from me! I haven't tested the sound cancellation or the battery life yet but BOY... I can say already that this thing is AMAZING! I just did an extensive test screen-recording myself while talking on Google Meet and I can hardly contain myself!...To clarify: I was using this Bluetooth headset on a Windows 10 laptop (made sure that the audio is coming from the headset mic) and did an extensive test of myself talking in a Google Meet session with the auto-captions feature turned on. And boy, has this thing really surprised me!...First of all, in the screen-recording video that I analyzed afterwards there was NO noticeable delay between lip movement and audio. In other words, aptX HD appears to be doing its job perfectly. Since the lips appeared to be perfectly in sync with the audio in that recording, the latency must be indeed very low!I mean, from what I see, there's no noticeable difference (in terms of latency) between a high-quality wired headset and this wireless Bluetooth headset! So, that was the first thing that really surprised me.Such low latency with a wireless Bluetooth headset is truly amazing! But then there was this second thing:Regardless of what I was saying, the auto-captions feature of Google Meet was transcribing my words with a near 100% accuracy! WOW! I mean, really... As long as I was saying meaningful words I could not spot any errors in that transcription!!!This was the point where I said, I have to write a review about this thing. The fact that there's NO noticeable difference (in terms of audio quality and latency) between a mono-aural high-quality **wired** headset and this wireless Bluetooth headset... THAT really blows my mind!I'm still mind-blown while writing this here...BOY!... Absolutely, definitely 5 stars! No questions asked.Thank you very much!P.S.As far as I know, in order to take full advantage of aptX HD and the super-low latency it provides, the hardware (and the hardware drivers) on the other device (such as laptop, smartphone etc) must have at least Bluetooth 5.0.If you have an older laptop without BT 5.0, you should be able to easily replace the network card inside with a modern one that supports at least BT 5.0.

Fantastic for the price
Prior to this I've used plantronics voyager legends for the last 6 or 7 years. I use them approximately 10 hours a day so you could say I'm a Bluetooth expert!I bought this based on the reviews of people saying they are good value for money. I can confirm that this is the case. For the price, the sound quality, battery life and people talking to me saying they can't hear background noise really is fantastic. It's not as good as the plantronics voyager, but then this cost £25 and the voyager costs £60 and above so it has to be be consideration when you give it a review. As well as the sound not being quite as good, my other irritation with it is at the body is made of solid plastic so it's in your ear one way and one way only. The voyager is made of flexible rubber so it bends around a bit and if you lean over or press against it for any reason it moulds to your head as opposed to immediately popping off. I should point out that I use this all day everyday while working with tools and being able to be on the phone a lot. If you use it only in a 'normal' application such as in your car or in an office etc etc you'll find this just as good as a more expensive alternative. For the money it really is ok. If you live 7 days a week wearing one then treat yourself to a voyager.Overall for the money 4/5 stars. It really isn't bad.

Outstanding sound quality!
I decided to buy myself a bluetooth headset as I don't have a handsfree system in my car and do a lot of driving. I chose it based on its style, reviews and price (discount voucher available when I bought it); also that it came with a protective case, as I had a small headset years ago that was constantly getting lost as it was quite hard to see once put down somewhere. So, I've tried it for a few days now and I am actually very impressed! I like that the buttons are straightforward and it's easy to remember which does what! Having never been much of a "Mrs Google" fan, I am honestly blown away that, at the touch of one button on the headset, I can tell my phone to dial someone and it does! Yes, I know everyone else has been doing it for years, but let me enjoy my moment as for me it's a new thing! I rang my son and spoke for a few minutes and he asked me where I was, I said, "Driving." He said he didn't believe me as the sound quality was so clear, with no background noise at all, and his voice too was very clear. No crackling or hissing. Can't say much about battery life currently except I haven't charged it since I had it and it's been doing ok. That's a good thing, I guess! If I had a tiny gripe, it's that it takes me a while to get it in my ear comfortably and securely. I have the smallest ear bud on it and have to rotate and wiggle the headset till it's comfortably in my ear and not touching the surrounding cartilage, or it is uncomfortable after a few minutes. I think that's probably a reflection on my small ears rather than a complaint about the unit though!Overall, very pleased. A good item for the price and promptly delivered.
