Remote was perfect replacement for the broken one. Matching the remote and fan was easy and it works great.

Love the fan and being able to use an app to turn it on or off. The remote is slim and easy to use, but a renter damaged it and of course didn’t tell me it happened. Looked online and was pleased to see there was a replacement. Make sure you choose the right one for your unit. Mine is the Bluetooth option. You have to throw the fuse for the fan to be re-set so that the new remote can be paired to it. Besides finding the correct fuse to shut off and back on, that was about it. You’ve got to use the remote within a set amount of time so the devices recognize each other.

The switch installed easy and paired up easy with the fan, very simple.

I purchased 2 Modern Forms Smart Fans Remotes: Model F-RC-WT for my 54" Modern Forms Lotus Ceiling Fan and another Modern Forms fan. These remotes did not work with my fans. These particular models of the fan uses Bluetooth for the remote (not radio frequency frequency - RF). The correct remote model to order is Modern Forms F-RCBT-WT Smart Fans Remote Control. You literally need to put ALL of this into the Amazon search box in order to get the right remote model to come up for controlling a Bluetooth enabled Modern Forms Fan.This was all explained to me by a very friendly technical support person. Unfortunately, I was distracted from the ceiling fan project and I was not able to establish all of this before my ability to return the item to Amazon had expired. I am stuck with about $80 for the two controllers that I purchased. I am not happy about this. I do like their fans though.

Sticker on remote says that your should check for the latest firmware for the fan before using the remote. This was all new to me, didn't even know the fan had firmware.Long story short I ended calling tech support. The gentleman that helped me was excellent. He walked me through getting the fan's firmware updated, downloading and setting up an account for the app on my phone and pairing the new remote with the fan.Best part? The app lets me control the fan using my phone as a remote. So given that this remote has a history of problems tech support also helped me set that up and stayed on the line until everything was working as expected.Overall very please with the new remote and the app.On the other hand Amazon delivery was a TOTAL FAIL. I have had excellent experience with Amazon delivery prior to this delivery. The products are always delivered to my front porch. This delivery was left at the end of the walkway next to my driveway. It was a light box and a windy day. When I came home the package had been tossed into the driveway. It was shear luck that it was still light out and I saw the box because if it had been dark I may well have missed the box and ran it over.

The previous owners of our new house left us with a broken remote for the fan in our bedroom. My wife didn't want the app . Most of the time I could just use mine, but after a few times of me being gone or out of town and her calling to have me turn it on or off, we invested in this. Works like a charm.

The device works as advertised, powered by the circuit, and connects to the fan via bluetooth. The only issue I have is the depth. It is pretty deep and can make installation difficult if the box is already crowded.

I wanted a wall control for my fans, i installed 3 of these in each room I have a fan. very easy to install and set up. Had some issues with them communicating with the wrong fans at first, but customer service easily helped me solve that problem. The look nice in the wall too

Desafortunadamente, el ventilador Axis Indoor and Outdoor 3-Blade Smart Ceiling Fan, para el cual compré el apagador de pared... es incompatible, aunque son de la misma marca, sólo venden el ventilador con el control remoto. El fabricante debería de ofrecer el ventilador + apagador de pared + control remoto.
