I ordered this because my doctor recommended an elemental diet while we waited for my gut/stool results.I like that it’s not sweetened, and that it doesn’t contain any dairy. It doesn’t taste good and it doesn’t taste bad.I do not like that you cannot return the item very easily. You can only return it if it’s unopened, and within thirty days of purchase.I ended up needing to return this bc it didn’t work for me. And I would rather find something that tastes better.But since I had opened it and tried it, I’m now stuck with a $80 practically full bottle of product, in my kitchen. I took a star off bc of the return policy and customer service.It might work for others, if you’re looking for a product that’s elemental.

The product photos include a nutrition label which shows 10 servings per container. It was not clear that was only for the larger container. So I just paid $10 for a container that has ONE serving and apparently there are no returns.

Love the taste and added calories. Helped me get through my bouts of Diverticulitis especially when needed to be on only liquids! Tastes especially great with unsweetened almond milk!! Highly recommend it!!

This is what you get, tiny single serving cans despite listing saying 10 servings. This is not the product advertised. Also cannot return it despite listening saying returns accepted.

I purchased this product directly from the seller. I regret that I really screwed myself by purchasing for the full two weeks. I had my first shake and I was immediately sneezing and my lips swelled. I tried 4 different flavors to see if it was the flavoring and unfortunately it was not. I did not realize there were sample sizes for this product (I have SIBO and significant brain fog) so this was just an unfortunate situation. The company will not be able to refund any/even a portion of the unopened containers. I'm so disappointed since I spent $700 and now I will be dropping another $650 on a different brand. Get the sample if you do go with this product. Also, I learned from siboinfo.com that this is a "partial elemental diet" and not a true elemental diet.
