Sebby Collection Women's Softshell Trench with Detachable Hood

I found this jacket at Nordstrom Rack and was just what I was looking for in a jacket for an upcoming trip to Ireland. This runs very small! I am 5'8" and wear and medium/size 8 on top and the medium would not button at the store. I ordered the large and it fits with a little room for layers underneath. However for a large you'd expect more room in shoulders and chest (I am not chesty!) This is almost made for juniors rather than women's. The price is right and it's a good thickness for rain and wind without being too heavy. Thicker than a regular wind breaker so it should do in Ireland's weather. It's very stylish and fits nicely on over my hips. The detachable hood is great and the belt brings it all together.

Purchased the light cream color in size XL. Returned because it was too small in the bust. Overall the jacket was nice and well made, except the button off hood was not lined so you see the seams with surging (they should have used flat felled seaming). The buttons were well attached an very a nice almost black silvery metal color. Made of Softshell it is a nice weight for spring and fall. I live in Maine so in winter it would not work. I assume it is windproof because it is softshell. That makes a huge difference in staying warm and one could always add a sweater. The arms were roomy enough for layering. Softshell does not wrinkle. I wish it had fit me properly,. The color was very nice and neutral; a cream vs a tan/brown

found it very bulky, makes you look fat. After reading all reviews to size up, I ordered an XL instead of L. The arms are long and very loose. The body fit is loose and bulky-ish too! Returned!

lightweight and large hood made for the perfect travel jacket for my trip to Alaska! I wasn't cold and the coat wasn't bulky. Classic lines and pea-coat appearance made it a versatile coat for anywhere I went.
