Worked well
Worked well with water mix on the electric kettle, but had to use neat on the Aga kettle for the limescale to be removed.

Powerful stuff
This is a powerful product and definitely does the job. It's scent is also rather powerful although not unpleasant. You will need a refillable sprayer to use it!

Amazing
Love this and need to order more. I live in a hard water area and the kettle gets so furred up along with the iron and shower heads. It’s been a blessing and so much more. Great to have it in this size and easy to use as much or as little as requires.

Superb stuff & the cheapest we've found
I needed to descale a 20 ltr Swan water boiler, as you can see from the enlosed pic, it was quite bad ! I filled the urn up with water, boiled it up, then added 1 litre of of this descaled liquid & then left it to stand for 30 mins, did the same again after a water change with 500 ml liquid & a very gentle rub over with a wash up scourer followed by 2 rinses - as good as new - great product !!

Strong product
Used the descaler in our commercial free standing hot water bottle, took off the old lime scale in not time at all. Very strong chemical smell however so be careful.
