I'm seriously handicapped and showering had become a challenge for me. It took a while for me to lay aside my pride and buy a stool for my shower, but I eventually gave way and purchased this item. I'm now only unhappy in that I didn't buy it sooner. It was super simple to put together, is very light to maneuver and, at the same time, very stable when in place. I also like the swivel feature. I do recommend also purchasing and installing a safety bar for sitting then standing back up again (probably not really necessary, but the bar increases your confidence). On the stool, I've only had it a couple of months so not sure of its longevity, but, at the price, no real concerns about replacing it if and when necessary. Super good item!

I will rave about this shower stool because it has been fantastic while I recover from a broken foot. It didn't occur to me initially to get something that swiveled, but I am SO glad that I did. The stool is lightweight, but feels sturdy (I weigh 120 lbs so might be different for a larger person). It swivels very smoothly. I love how I can face forward to rinse my hair, but swivel away from the water to wash my face before rinsing it. My husband assembled it quickly. It is perfect for my needs, which is simply to keep weight off one foot. I imagine for someone with more extensive limitations it might not be ideal as it has no back and you need to have one good leg to swivel. But it is perfect for a nice hot shower with a broken foot!

I fell down a flight of stairs and fractured my fibula--the non-weight bearing bone in my lower leg. So I was on crutches with an orthotic boot for 3 weeks, followed by a month in the boot, which went knee to ankle. While I was on crutches, I had to be satisfied with washcloth baths. I was allowed to take off the boot after I got off the crutches, but only at night and for bathing.Needless to say, my leg was not very stable on its own. So I bought the stool so I could safely have a proper shower. I'm currently in physical therapy, focusing on strength and stability, but I still use the stool when I need it.Just one precaution: DON'T sit on it if the seat is soapy or your backside is soapy! I almost slid off of it the other day. It is otherwise perfect for me. I weigh 205lbs, and it supports me without any instability. The seat is wide enough, and it revolves so I can get in and out of the shower safely. It fits in my tub. It was a piece of cake to put together--no tools required! The height is easily adjusted, and has a wide range.

Do to back issues I can’t stand in the shower long enough to get fully showered. This little stool is sturdy, height adjusts with the legs, it has some turn to it but mine doesn’t fully turn, and sits well. I take it with me if I travel by car because it’s light-weight enough and not bulky, you can even loosen the screw and take off or close the legs. It has saved me and sitting for a shower really is the best.

Nice swivel seat and easy to assemble. Only issue was with delivery drive failed to read my description instructions the described my RV. I hope in future they will. On the whole more deliver to the correct place on my deck.
